A very comfortable double bed in a bright room. The apartment has a bathroom with shower and a full equipped kitchen with microwave, for your use.
This is a good and strategic accommodation for short and long stay period. Pigneto is a great and very lively area only 15min distance from Termini Central Station.
A vibrant farmer market, plenty of restaurants and bars.
Very well served by public transport.
We have also two classic bikes for you to use and to enjoy Rome.
The place is easy to reach from Termini Central Station: 7 stops with bus N.105 or the tram N. 5 and N.14 or just 20 min. walking distance.
We love good food. We speak Italian, but also French, English, Spanish and German.
You will be very welcome to Rome!

Fabio and Kate are very hospitable, really great hosts! Grazie Fabio & Kate!
Rom is a great city, but very touristic. It was so great to leave the touristic center and find a home at davides place where you can feel a bit of the real roman lifestyle! The area of Pigneto is great, there is a nice market, on sundays a flea market and a lot of great bars and restaurants! Besides, the bus connection is very good and it´s easy to reach the city center!
Fabio was very nice and helpfull! Great person and great place to stay!!!
Fabio is a very good and flexible host. The room itself is really comfortable and clean, and we're really glad we chose it. You need to be aware, though, that what was a huge advantage for us may be seen as a little drawback for some: the flat is located just above a pedestrian street with bars open until late at night and obviously you can hear it. Still, the buzz of people is million times better than the noise of traffic:) And it's an excellent opportunity to stay in an upcoming area which is both trendy and affordable. Definitely reccomended!
amazing City and really nice home I enjoyed staying at Fabios, he was really helpful and kind, there is a market in the morning with plenty of fresh food. nearby there is a bus and tram stop so you can reach all important things termini is about 25 minutes walk and a really lovely way. In the evenings there are a lot of bars out on the street you can sit down enjoy some wine and catch up and meet a lot of people.
thats something I really love about this place but of course it makes your stay a little noisy but I could totally live with that!
Thanks for the great time.
Great appartment, really nice hosts, highly recommended:)
I had a great stay at Fabio's! I had everythingI needed! The apartment is in a really nice street, in the mornig there is a market and in the evening there are so many bars and restaurants you can go to.
Assolutamente consigliato.
Fabio's apartment is very clean, there is lots of space, and everyone was very kind during our stay. It is well situated if you don't mind a ~15 minute walk to transit (which is easy to find), the market is amazing every morning, and the neighbourhood has everything you might need.
Renters should be aware, however, that: an Italian SIM card (or working phone) is required to check in since the buzzer in the building is broken (this can be quite difficult for travellers); the door handle in our room broke and we could not get out... We were saved by having a cell phone but if you did not (or if Fabio is unable to come) you would be stuck in the room (he has no intention of putting a new one on); there is no wifi in the flat (he has no intention of getting it); the area is VERY noisy until around 3:30am and doesn't always feel safe. We never had a problem, but be aware that the appearance of the neighbourhood is not pleasant.
Overall, we had a good stay, though travellers looking for a more tourist-oriented location may want to look elsewhere. For those looking for the excitement and off the path feel of Pigneto, it's perfect.
Un super endroit. Fabio et Kate sont des hôtes très accueillants. L'appart est vraiment sympa, la chambre clean. De plus, le quartier est doté d'un petit marché où l'on trouve des produits frais et de bons petits restos. Un endroit à recommander.
A great place. Fabio and Kate are very welcoming hosts. The apartment is really nice, the room is clean. The district has a small market where we find fresh products and good small restaurants. A place to be recommended.
