Beautiful and walkable

Guests say this area is scenic and it’s easy to get around.
Located near Main St. Salado, Walking distance to Restaurants, Boutiques, Spring-fed creek (with swimming), Brewery, Museum, Sculpture Gardens, Right off I-35, but nestled back and quiet. House is filled with original local art that is for sale. House has an upstairs suite, with a bathroom, a Queen bed and loft area with a pull out couch. Downstairs with Queen Bed, with tub/shower combo. Roll away available upon request. Full porch overlooking dry creek.

The space
Downstairs bedroom has queen bed, chair, small free standing wardrobe, with iron inside. Downstairs bathroom has shower tub combo, double vanity, a hairdryer in the drawer. Small laundry room between kitchen and bathroom. Small dinette area with art supplies, a dining room, and living room with access to almost completely wrap around porch over looking a dry creak that is walkable. Lots of wildlife. Upstairs has a separate bedroom with larger closet and shower, single vanity, bathroom attached to bedroom. There is a loft area with a pull out couch, large entertainment center with television, books, and games.

Guest access
This is a house that is completely available where the owners live a mile away. There is one supply closet that is locked for linens and cleaning. The rollaway bed is kept in this closet as there is no space anywhere else, therefore special request before guests arrive is required. Very small yard access, but plenty of space to walk with a pet. Parking is limited during business in front of the store, however you can park 10 feet away across the road, or 10 feet away on the same side of the road on the opposite side of the gold trailer. One vehicle can remain in front of the store at all times. Thank you for your assistance in helping artists.

Other things to note
The house is located walking distance from everything. No need to drive to eat, or do anything in the downtown of Salado. Sidewalks will take you everywhere. The house is all wood off a dry creek and wildlife is abundant. It is safe and located behind an artist cooperative where someone is working seven days a week from 10am-5pm. The owners live only a mile away so if anything goes wrong, they are available to help out at reasonable times. We do ask that during hours of operation of the store, that your additional cars park 10 feet away across the small road, leaving the parking in front of the store open for customers. One car can always stay in front. There are plenty of parking in and around the parking lot and the additional walk is five to ten feet at max. After hours, the entire parking area can be utilized. (The parking lot accommodates five cars at any one time).
