Our updated cabin is a great place to get away & enjoy life among the trees & all that Asheville has to offer. Tall beamed ceilings and windows all around let in the natural light and give an indoor/outdoor feel.

Wooded one acre property that's 10 miles to Asheville downtown, hiking trails & all the local mountains. A 2 king bed & 1 bath cabin with an eclectic mix of bohemian & mountain rustic vibes.

Our smaller Casita is also on the property and can be booked together or separately.

The space
Located on a wooded 1 acre lot in a neighborhood of Arden, the cabin consists of a large open concept living room and kitchen/dining area with 15 ft tall beamed ceilings. Windows galore let in all the natural light from every angle. A sliding glass door allows for easy indoor/outdoor living. A bluetooth enabled stereo system with a vinyl turntable and a rotating selection of curated LP's are ready for listening to. A long 4 stool countertop as well as a dining nook. Fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances. Double oven, dishwasher as well as a microwave. The cabin has two large King bed suites with walk in closets. They are adjoined by a Jack and Jill bathroom with additional vanity outside of the shower room. Enjoy getting ready while another guest is using the bathroom. We have 1 Roku TV mounted on the wall in the bedroom by the kitchen, and a 2nd Roku TV stored in the closet of the other bedroom as well. The TV in the closet can be set up on the living room coffee table or on the desk of the 2nd bedroom. On both TVs you can login to your streaming apps. Outside is a front yard wrap around deck with seating, as well as a large patio with built in fire pit and BBQ. There is a grand outdoor covered dining area, directly out from the kitchen door, with hanging pendant boho lighting for romantic evenings dining outdoors in any weather. There’s a washer and dryer in the room off of the carport/outdoor dining area.

Our separate 2-person Casita rental is tucked away behind the cabin and is situated in a way that there is privacy from each other. It may be housing other guests during your stay. You can book both the Cabin and the Casita together for larger groups or just the Cabin.

Pet Friendly: We're pet friendly! Two well-behaved pups allowed. There is a $75 pet fee, paid at time of booking. Although we are on 1 acre, the property is not fenced. Sorry, no cats allowed.

Check in/Check out: Check in time is 4 pm and check out time is 10 am. We can occasionally approve an early check in or late check out but in general our team needs this time to prepare.

Neighborhood highlights

We are located in Arden, NC just south of Asheville and 3.5 miles to Asheville Airport. It's 10 miles to Asheville city center. We are on a wooded one acre lot in a neighborhood off a private road. Since we are on a one acre lot there is a lot more privacy compared to a typical neighborhood home in the city. You can feel like you are in the trees while still accessible to the city. It is a great place as a base camp for all things Asheville, Hendersonville and Brevard, and many hikes in Pisgah National Forest. There is major shopping within a few minutes drive: Walmart, Target, Ingles, Whole Foods and some South Asheville hot spots like Tupelo Honey and Biscuit Head are 3 miles away. An entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway is 4.5 miles away. The Cabin is on a 1 acre property with our Casita (separate listing that can be booked together) but the Casita is behind the cabin and situated in a way that there is privacy from each other.
