Come relax Lakeside at this unique studio cabin with detached Bunkhouse on gorgeous Watauga Lake. Enjoy your coffee by the Lake listening to the gentle lapping of the water. Bring fishing gear and climb down the bank and fish off the rocks. Evenings, take in the stunning panoramic views of the setting sun. Located just around the corner from Watauga Mercantile, Villa Nove' Vineyard & the Watauga Winery. Accessible only by a steep, rugged dirt road, so you will need all wheel drive. No boat dock.

The space
The house is studio apartment style. There is a gourmet kitchen stocked with all the essentials, (no Dishwasher) a living room with a Queen bed & sofa bed, a full Bathroom with a shower stall, and a Laundry area with washer/dryer. There is a walkway to the detached Bunkhouse which has Full over Queen bunk beds. Comfortable chairs surround the fire pit area. There is a charcoal grill available for your use.

Guest access
The entire place is for your enjoyment for the length of your stay, excluding an outdoor owners storage room.

Other things to note
1. This place is only accessible by a dirt road which is very rugged and steep in several areas. Sports cars and motorcycles will not make it up there. AWD is needed in the winter months and strongly recommended at any time.
2. The yard is quite steep and there is an abrupt drop-off down to the water. We advise against bringing young children because of this.
3. Pets would best be leashed because of the drop-off and nearby neighbors.
4. There is little to no cell service. There is CenturyLink wifi, which is not the fastest, but will enable you to make calls.
