Loft on the last 2 floors in a 4 floors building.
The apartment has the exceptional advantage in Paris to be very sunny (crossing North/South) and quiet (in a traficless alley).
It was completely refurbished 3 years ago in a personal style between the New York loft (brick and iron beams), design with stainless steel, wooden floor and furniture in exotic wood and Parisian old style with its oak beams and the attic under the roof.
At the lower level : a large main room including a living and a dining space (with a folding dinning table), a kitchen (lacquered white furniture) fully equipped, a laundry room and a WC. The upper level includes a bathroom with Italian shower, a large office space, a WC and 2 bedrooms (one with a 180cm mattress and the other with a 140cm including a confortable mattress overlay).
The apartment is always tidy for I am a very orderly person. It contains 2 large TVs.
It's located between the place de La Bastille and the place de la Republique, it is also 2 steps away from the area of Le Marais and the Père Lachaise Cemetery. Richard Lenoir (line 5) and Saint Ambroise (line 9) Metro stations are at 100 meters range.
To get out, dine, have a drink or party, La Roquette street, Lappe street and the Oberkampf district are in the nearby area.
A Franprix supermarket is 50 m away. Several others are less than a 10 minute walk away including the Richard Lenoir market and its 115 sellers. It stands every Thursday from 7: 00 a.m. to 2: 30 pm and on Sundays from 7 am to 3 pm. It is the most animated of Paris, and the favorite of tourists coming to purchase regional products.
I keep the posibility to claim for a participation for the gas & electricity at check out. Some of my last guests abused my trust and turned the heater up to 25° and left all the lights on during the whole 10 days of their stay.
I prefer responsabilizing the guests instead of increasing the renting price. If I see that the use is normal, I don't claim for the compensation.
Everyone understand and feel confortable with this policy, hope you too.
Exept the fact that it is a non-smoking apartment, no precise rule.
I provide a code for the wi-fi.
Some people behaved as if they were at the hotel so remember that this is a short term apartment rental and in this context, the premises must be left clean under penalty of cashing a portion of the deposit. I remind you that I keep the possibility to claim for a participation to the gas & electricity consumption if I see that the use isn't reasonable. Thank you for your understanding.

It shouldn't be more than 10 euros per day in a normal use.
