Aloha!! Welcome to the beautiful islad of Oahu! Are you ready for the adventure of your life?
This Great studio is only a block to the beach! This is not a 5 star hotel shape but it is a clean, cozy friendly studio with a great price. This is the cheapest unit in the condo!
It has some kitchen utensils, microwave and mini fridge. There is a King size bed in there with a small table and a chair. The place has AC and a small lanai (balcony) with partial ocean view and pretty quiet. There is parking but it is $15/day pay to the meter.
I m also able to show you around or take you on a hike if my schedule is free. I can take you to a waterfall, crater, ridge, forest, coastline hike etc. You just have to pay a small fee of $25/person.
If you like to boogie board, i can also show you a great time to surf.
It is also 2 blocks away from the famous Queens beach with popular surfing, boogie board spots. If you are into beach volleyball, it is also popular among the locals here.
Diamond Head hike is only 2 minutes drive away with a great view of the whole city from the top. There are also a few hiking trails to the Koolau mountains towards the mountains. Towards the east, you have the popular lighthouse and crater hike too! You are welcome to join me on a hiking adventure anytime! Just outside of Waikiki, It is also walking distance to Kapahulu with lots of Ono (delicious) local and foreign food, and grocery stores, which are a lot inexpensive compare to Waikiki. Some popular local restaurants in Kapahulu are Zippy's, Ono Hawaiian, Genki Sushi, Rainbows Drive inn, Leanards Malasadas, Waoila Shave Ice etc.
Depending on my time, I can also take you on a hiking tour for $25/person and also AIRPORT PICKUP for also $25/person.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this condo. It is walking distance from everything in Waikiki and you even get a partial ocean view. Twu Young Tan (email hidden) and available to answer any of our questions at a minutes notice. The building even has security.
The studio is well situated if you want to explore Waikiki at a reasonable price.
I was there just for 3 days! The apt is well located! It's a really small room if you do not have many expectations is ok! I just talk with the host a couple of time!
Fantastic host. He did everything possible to make my stay pleasant. He was super fast in communications. Was more than willing to accommodate my schedule issues. It was easy to get a hold of him and he was always most gracious in offering help. The residence was in a great location right on Kuhio. It was a simple couple of blocks walk to the beach or to the ala wai canal for walking or running. Indeed it was within easy reach of everything. I truly enjoyed my time as Twu's place. I can't say enough about Twu's aloha spirit. Great host and great place.
Great host. Very friendly and helpful. He allowed us to check in early at 10:00 a.m. so that we could put our luggage in the room and start our sightseeing. You can get a parking pass from him for $5 a day in a nearby parking lot. The room is right in the center of Waikiki, very convenient.
Twu was a really great host, if not the best I've had so far. He is very kind and considerate. He drove us back from brunch one morning, and even waited for us to get our malasadas before we took off. He also dropped us off at our car rental place and gave us a parking pass that we could use for free. We used his airport shuttle surface (cheaper than Roberts Hawaii shuttle service) and when we were leaving for our early flight in the morning, he even brought us special Hawaiian bananas! He also let us use his snorkeling gear and boogie board. Overall, he was a very personable and accommodating host. He also offers hikes and other activities, but we didn't have time to partake in any, but he seems very knowledgeable about Hawaii and the good local spots.
Overall the place is a 3.5/5. Pros: it's in a great location, close to Waikiki beach and all the shops. It was very affordable and we really didn't spend that much time in it anyways, given we were out and about. Cons: The place was moderately clean and a little old, but I think all of the units and housing around Waikiki are a little aged. There's a slight rickety floor wood right in front of the sink. The bathroom was slightly messy and there was a wet towel left there I think from the previous tenant. There was no shampoo or soap provided. The bed was a little bit springy.
Overall, Twu really makes your experience convenient and great. The place isn't the nicest, but you won't spend too much time in there anyways and I think we definitely got what we paid for since the place is a lot more affordable than hotels especially for its location.
Twu is the best host anyone could ask for. He will see to your needs in a timely matter and even provide transportation if requested.
The room was everything as described online. Clean, comfortable and the location is 5 star. It even has a partial ocean view that is not mentioned on website. I will rent from Twu again in the near future.
Thanks again Twu.
thIs condo is conveniently located for a beach , a store , the bus stop.
There is the beach stuff a lot in the room .
He is nice and friendly. He always makes the situation to get a contact. If I have chance to go to Hawaii,I want to stay there again.
First, now that I've stayed at this site it's clear that the previous reviews are accurate (so read them!). This is a one bedroom accommodation that is furnished with a king size bed, mini fridge, microwave, toaster over, bathroom, and tub/shower. It also comes with a small selection of kitchen utensils and dishes, iron, and two boogie boards. Though I never met the proprietor, we communicated via email a few times and he seemed fairly attentive. The location of the condo is okay - two blocks from the ocean and not the best part of town - but for the price it is well worth it. If you are looking for an economical place in Waikiki that seems fairly safe, this is a good option. I would stay here again for sure. This was my first use of Airbnb - won't be my last.
We loved our stay at Twu's place. . Location is excellant, just 2 blocks down the street from the Hyatt and the beach. And the unit is large enough that the two of us were very comfortable there. And we loved the lanai with a good peak a boo view of the ocean. We also appreciate the extra amenities left, such as extra shampoo, ect. Twu is very easy to reach and very helpful. We come to Waikiki every summer and we plan to stay with Twu again in the future.
