This is a wonderful place to stay. Comfortable, clean, and quiet. Pat is a great hostess- very unobtrusive but always available when needed. We enjoyed meeting other guests over the wonderful breakfasts served, and Pat is very knowledgeable about the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

We always enjoy our time here. The rooms are clean, quiet and finely decorated. The beds very comfortable, and the breakfast never disappoints! Locally sourced foods, some organic, as well as homemade treats. Pat is a very thoughtful and friendly host, and her staff is top notch. We will be back!

My husband and I drove to Thomasville for the day, and we decided to stay at this bed and breakfast in Monticello, an easy drive from Thomasville, before returning home the next day. There is really nothing to do in Monticello, but if you are going to Thomasville this is a great place to stay. When we arrived in the early evening, Pat had some wine and a dessert waiting for us on the dining room table. She led us to our room upstairs, which turned out to be very pleasant and comfortable. We made a reservation at a private home across the road and had our dinner there. We had a good night sleep on the king size bed, and a hot shower in the morning with plenty of towels. She had a full house that night, and we were served an ample and delicious breakfast of fresh watermelon, scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, mango orange juice and coffee. There were four couples at the table and it was fun talking to them and finding out what brought them there. One couple was moving from Indiana to Tampa, and this broke up their long drive. Another couple come up twice a month to attend a church service and bible study nearby, and they have stayed here before. We would recommend this bed and breakfast to any one who is passing through and wants a more personal experience than a typical hotel.

A great bnb experience! This historic inn is beautifully decorated, with a warm atmosphere provided by Pat. The room was furnished with period pieces and very comfortable. Romantic getaway for us. The breakfast, prepared by Pat and Marcie, was delicious and ample. The menu seemed to come from a Southern Living cookbook. A nice touch was afternoon drinks and snacks. The town of Monticello is always a delight to visit. We will return!
