Yes, we had a very good time in this apartment. Compact with all the amenities that we needed, as well as being directly across from the Skytrain station. Would highly recommend
We met Ksenia upon our arrival, and she was most charming and helpful. The accommodations were exactly as described, clean, modern and ideally located near the skytrain, grocery stores and a mall for anyone who visits Surrey without a car. The condo met our needs perfectly. The only small drawback is that 108th Ave. can get noisy, and the condo faces the road. It did not bother us, but it may be of concern to others.
Thank you Evgueni & Ksenia.
We have been welcomed by Evegueni's mother : very friendly person who even drove us to some places we wanted to see in the neighbourhood (grocery store, rental car, ...) !
The flat is has you can see in the pictures : very well furnished in the kitchen and the bathroom, well situated with the skytrain down the street that bring you in Vancouver in 30 min.
Definitely a good place to stay !
The space was wonderful, well equipped and the aesthetics were attractive. Security was excellent, we felt very secure staying there with our infant. The owner's mother, who was the stand in host for the week, was very pleasant and helpful.
Olga (Evgueni's mom) greeted us warmly and was very helpful in getting us settled. The listing is just as described if not better! The neighbourhood was quite and had a small playground nearby which was nice for our 3.5 year old. Downstairs there's a coffee shop and a take-out sushi restaurant which was convenient. Across the street is the sky train station (super close and convenient). I was very happy to find a twin-sided roll-out memory foam pad that I put on the ground in the living room for my son to sleep on. I slept beside my son a few times and it was very comfortable. The towels were very thick which I appreciated. The laundry machines were useful and they even had a hanging rack for clothes that shouldn't go in the dryer. I didn't realize the place had no AC and so we took out the fan that's in the closet and that was very helpful to create air circulation. When you open the patio door in the bedroom the road noise can get a bit loud but if you don't mind the noise, the breeze is definitely very nice. There is no garbage shoot in the building so you have to take it down to the parking garage which was a bit of a hassle but no big deal. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, bowls, cups, mugs, pots and pans, cooking utensils, basic condiments, baking sheets, saran wrap, tin foil and ziplock bags. Overall, this condo was a great find and we would definitely recommend it and stay again.
The host was very nice and replied fast to every questions I had. We had a car and the garage was spacious which was also nice. The condo was not very big but big enough for my mom and I. It had pretty much everything we needed so you wouldn't have to bring anything at all but soap and toothbrush&paste. I would like to stay there again next time.
We loved our stay here, it is exactly as the pictures show and has everything and more for a week long stay. Hosts were incredibly helpful and friendly. Although it is a little ride out of downtown Vancouver it is worth the ride on the Skytrain. We really loved having a kitchen that had everything we needed right down to good frying pans & a blender to make smoothies. We will be back sometime soon!

About the Host, Evgueni & Ksenia
Both my fiancé and I are originally from Russia and have now been living in Vancouver for the past 15 years. We absolutely love the outdoors and are always down for hiking, skiing, camping, off-roading, biking, and just about any kind of sports. We enjoy meeting new people from around the world and sharing our amazing experiences of the this city with them. I currently work in the family automotive business doing while doing art/design on the side and Ksenia is working as a pension analyst as well as an advanced math tutor. On the side we manage our properties, which has been an amazing experience and quite an exciting journey from when we first started hosting 3 years ago. During the colder seasons in Vancouver we like to travel outside of the country to warmer places.
