The space
This is a 2 bed and 2 bath 1,400 sq ft open floor plan condo professionaly decorated in 2023 with a bougie chic design w/a local sport fish vibe.

The kitchen has updated appliances and is equipped with everything you need.

Dine at the island or dining table or out side on the private balcony.

The living area offers comfortable seating for all the guests and a Samsung 65-inch smart TV. You will have a fun living room custom table with 4 integrated seats filled with fun board games.

The Main Bedroom offers 2 Queen beds (Lucid memory foam mattress) , Samsung 55-inch smart TV, walk-in closet, balcony access, desk workstation full bathroom with two sinks and a walk-in shower.

The Guest bedroom offers a King size bed (Lucid memory foam mattress) Samsung 43" smart TV. There is a 2nd full bathroom across the hall with a tub/shower combo.

Located on floor 3, note there is no Elevator, Stair Access only.
