The space
Upon entering this home, you will be greeted with an open plan living space featuring a new smart tv, kitchenette and breakfast buffet. Two of the four bedrooms are located downstairs, both featuring air-conditioning, ceiling fan and wardrobe, one with a king bed and the other with 2 king single beds (Option to swap for a king). Also located downstairs is a bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, bath and separate toilet, plus a laundry with a washer and dryer.

Taking the staircase upstairs, you will find the main open plan living, kitchen and dining, featuring air-conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen ready for cooking. The living area features a family-size couch for relaxing while streaming your favourite shows on the new 70inch smart tv. The front balcony opens from the lounge to enjoy the stunning views of the nearby Rifle Range Beach and the open ocean. Access to the rear balcony, which features a BBQ.

The remaining two bedrooms are located upstairs, both featuring air-conditioning, ceiling fan and wardrobe, one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed. The upstairs bedrooms and open plan living are serviced by the main bathroom, featuring twin vanities, a walk-in shower, and separate toilet.
