The space

Perfect flat for a family or couple that wants to stay in the cozy and hip Jægersborggade in one of Copenhagen's most popular and green neighborhoods.

Apartment:
Our two storey 140m2 apartment was refurbished completely: lots of light and extra space were created by replacing some walls with huge sliding panels. The result is a cozy and light flat with
· Large living room with roof terrace and plenty of light.
· Lovely large bedroom with sun in the morning
(bed 180 x 200 cm)
· Large children's room with bunk beds.
(beds 75 x 190 cm)
. Sofa bed for two people.
· Beautiful spacious fully equipped kitchen.
· Nice bathroom with shower
There is no elevator and the flat is on the 4th floor, so be aware if you have problems with walking stairs.

Location: Jægersborggade (URL HIDDEN)
A gentrified street with a vibrant atmosphere in a green neighborhood. Small "shops" on street level are being rented out to young people (students, artists and young entrepreneurs) who often live in the street have created a vibrant small business environment. "Coffee collective" makes the city's best coffee, "Relæ" is a small intimate restaurant (former of Noma), which has already earned it's first michelin star, there are also second hand bookstores, bakeries, second hand clothing stores, cafés and even a "porridge bar". A park with a large playground, football fields and community gardens is situated at the end of the street. At the other end Assistens Kirkegaard, a beautiful cemetery, almost botanical garden, is great for short walks.

Biking is the most common means of transportation in Copenhagen.
From our door to the city center takes about 15 minutes.

The appartment is just the est symbol of the city: good quality for a good price in a very social and calm street. We are missing this unique atmosphère.
