Located just 1.5 hours south of San Juan Airport, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath retreat is great for families and friends. The house offers a spacious kitchen and living space, Wi-Fi, Cable, and a Hot Water Heater. Sleeps 6 comfortably.

The space
Maria's Cascada De Flores offers three bedrooms. Behind the home, there is a Private Waterfall and River for guests to enjoy. Walk down the path and you will be able to enjoy your own secluded paradise created by nature. Bring some water shoes, put on some bug spray and be cautious when walking down and while in the waterfall as the rocks are slippery. The top portion of the waterfall we call a jacuzzi as it is not too deep. The bottom portion of the waterfall is deeper than the jacuzzi.

All living space is on the top of the property. Each bedroom offers the sound of the waterfall and river, birds, roosters, coquis, and nature. Breath in the fresh air through the open windows and wake up renewed. There is a ceiling fan in each room, but many nights the air is very chilly. The master bedroom offers a queen bed alongside a master bath. The second bedroom is equipped with a queen-size mattress and the third bedroom is equipped with a twin bed. Each room offers a flat-screen television. There is a second bathroom off of the hallway. There is a water heater so you will be able to enjoy hot showers.

The Home has an open space kitchen with a dining table for 8 people to eat together, the kitchen has all of the basic utensils for cooking and eating, an electric stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and a sink. Please do not drink the faucet water.

The living room has a full couch and a double recliner sofa so that the family may spend time together and chill. Watch a movie on the TV or listen to music while cooking up breakfast or dinner. Outside there is a large patio that is perfect to play dominos. At night, look up to the sky and view the bright stars.

Wi-Fi, Cable, Smart TVs, games, fresh linens, bath towels and towels for the Waterfall, USB Charging outlet, hairdryer, iron, basic toiletries including body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, a basic first aid kit, hammocks, cooler, coffee maker, and Kitchen Utensils.
The house is equipped with a water storage tank and hot water heater.
