2 blocks from Main St in Utopia, Tx, this lovely 1941 home with original restored hardwoods is a quaint reminder of the history in Utopia. Situated on a large, corner lot, this newly remodeled home speaks peace and down home comfort.

Close to many attractions, you are a short 5 min walk to the Sabinal River and the local city park ($10/pp). Visit the Lost Maples Cafe & other local bldgs as seen in Seven Days in Utopia. Garner State Park is a short 15 min drive. 20 min from Lost Maples State Park. Bandera, the Cowboy Capital of the World, is 35 minutes away. Enjoy a drive through one of many local routes showcasing the fabulous Hill Country landscape- ex. the famous Twisted Sisters.

Now partnering with Ten Ten Whitetails in Vanderpool, hunting/lodging packages are available. Hog hunting available year round, Whitetail and turkey in season. Auodad and exotic hunts available.

Nestled 2 blocks off of Main St. under sky high pecan trees. You will realize small town country air is relaxing. Enjoy a lush green yard and outdoor seating to hear the crickets at night. Add some star gazing, fireflies and a few brave deer and you've enjoyed a peaceful evening before you know it. 5 min. walk to the city park on the Sabinal River. 15 minute drive to Lost Maples State Park, etc.

Welcome from the Woods family. Thank you for the opportunity to serve as your home away from home! There are hours that could be spent on the history of this lovely home and we are very excited to be a part of it's future. It was originally a WWII officers quarters at the air force base in Hondo, TX. It was purchased, moved & reconstructed by Utopia's 40 yr AG teacher and his wife- The Amman's. We purchased the home in 2013 and remodeled the inside to update a few things. It is quaint, quiet and yours to make a small home get away. There is no interaction required, we leave the key and you leave when you check out. We are always around if needed. We are still getting started so please fell free to leave feedback & ask questions. We want to make your return visit all that you expect! We welcome you! Rest easy here! Thanks & God Bless!
