• Once a guest has checked in, we do not offer refunds for early checkout.

Guests are welcome to use anything on the property. This is your home away from home, get comfy, relax and have fun!

Other things to note
Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis for an additional $175 pet rent fee. Our insurance provider does not accept certain breeds.

By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your dog causes during the stay. No dogs are left home alone unless crated. Please clean up after your pet. No pets are allowed on the furniture or in the pool.


• For your peace of mind, surveillance cameras are located around the exterior of the house (front door, front of garage and side of garage). No inside cameras.
• Noise monitors outside the house do not record voice or conversation, only monitor decibel levels.
• We are in a very nice residential neighborhood with great neighbors. Please be respectful.

Please note that we require all guests to sign the Rental Agreement and fill out a check-in form before their arrival.

I live with my husband, Juliano, and we live in Minneapolis, MN where I'm pursuing my Ph.D. We got married on a small island in Brazil near Salvador, Ba. I love flowers, grapes, and nature. I work developing new variety of grapes. Juliano, my husband, is a designer and developer who works in building digital products.
