My apartment is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood in Kensington area in Brooklyn. Family oriented building with elevator and laundry machines in the basement. Trains F and G at Church Ave or B and Q at Beverly Rd takes you to Manhattan in about 20 mins or to Brighton Beach in about 15 mins. Twenty four hours stores in the area. Supermarket and plenty other stores are only 2 blocks away. Prospect park is 3 blocks away.
Please no smokers.
Antonio is a really good guy. I booked for the living room but cos there is no guest during my visit, he gave me the massive gust room! It surprised me. Thanks a lot!
Place was awsome, Antotin was very helpfull, hope to see you next time
Perfect for a two ngihter too! Antonin was very welcoming, gave me total privacy. It's was very cool staying at his place. easy access to the metro.
was cool, kind of NY that you expect. I was never bothered and i liked it.
I found Antonins place both quiet and comfortable , good neighbourhood I felt safe . Antonin greeted me and gave me a tour of where stuff was , bathroom etc .
Sofa bed was comfortable , I was not there much but did make use of the Netflix as this was a nice wind down after a days touring of manhattan .
The subway was also close by , once you get your bearings , but Antonin was very helpful should you need it .Thank you
Cozy is a great way to describe this apartment! I mostly just needed a place to crash, so I didn't spend much time there, and it was more than enough to suit my needs. Everything was ready upon arrival and the space was private. It is true that it is only divided from the rest of the aparment by a curtain, one evening I did experience some noise from guests staying in the other room Antonin rents, but it was not bad and very brief. It is located on a parkway though, so if you have the window open, as I did (the place was quite warm), you'll hear traffic noises (even honking, in spite of the "no honking" signs). Location-wise, there didn't seem to be a whole lot in the area, but it was quite accessible to the F train to get into Manhattan. Overall I had a nice stay, and this is a great and comfortable place for the traveler on a budget!
i love it there
Antonin was a good host, my room was ready for me when I arrived. It was clean and had everything I needed for a single night stay. Would come back if I was in the Brooklyn area again!
I loved it very quit and clean,Anonin is one of the nicest person i have meet in nyc, thank you so much
it was a very nice place to stay for the week, very private and quiet, many supermarkets and a subway station is close to the building.
Antonin was a very friendly and nice host, although I only saw him twice in that week.
It was a bit too cold at my stay, but I didn't realize to check under the bed for another blanket, so it is my fault (and I also stayed during a very cold week with snow storm in NY)
