The space
One-bedroom suite 50 square meters size is located on the 10th floor of the building B at The Astra Condominium. The suite is fully furnished and fully equipped with all necessary amenities that make your stay comfortable.

The unit is comprised of one separate bedroom and a common room with lounging area, dining table and a kitchen. The spacious bathroom offers both a shower and a bathtub and a separate private restroom for extra comfort and convenience.

The King-size bed in the bedroom can accommodate 2 persons. The room also has wide balcony at bedroom and living room that allow you to enjoy the view and fresh air.

The room has High-speed Internet 1000/30 Mbps which make it suitable for work from home or to enjoy the YouTube or your favorite movies on 43” Samsung Smart TV, Netflix.

The building has Elevator, Gym, Pool and Library included.

Appliances include refrigerator, microwave oven, electric stove w/ extractor fan, kettle. The kitchen is equipped with full-set kitchenware & dining utensils.

Smoking any kinds are NOT ALLOWED INSIDE the room and at the balcony. If found, a PENALTY equals of 5000 baht will be charged. You can smoke outside at the building entrance.

Also eating durian and smelly food is not allowed inside the room.

Please do not wear shoe in the room.

Our property is not a hotel but an apartment. Therefore, we do not provide daily room cleaning and changing bed sheet/towels during your stay. Anyhow, if you really need a cleaning, please do not hesitate to let us know we can arrange it for you with extra charges applied.

We provide welcoming drinks and tissue paper only on your first day of arrival. No refills during the stay.
