The space
One-bedroom suite 50 square meters size is located on the 10th floor of the building B at The Astra Condominium. The suite is fully furnished and fully equipped with all necessary amenities that make your stay comfortable.

The unit is comprised of one separate bedroom and a common room with lounging area, dining table and a kitchen. The spacious bathroom offers both a shower and a bathtub and a separate private restroom for extra comfort and convenience.

The King-size bed in the bedroom can accommodate 2 persons. The room also has wide balcony at bedroom and living room that allow you to enjoy the view and fresh air.

The room has High-speed Internet 1000/30 Mbps which make it suitable for work from home or to enjoy the YouTube or your favorite movies on 43” Samsung Smart TV, Netflix.

The building has Elevator, Gym, Pool and Library included.

Appliances include refrigerator, microwave oven, electric stove w/ extractor fan, kettle. The kitchen is equipped with full-set kitchenware & dining utensils.

Washing machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board are available in the room.

The building features secure entry system, CCTV cameras and 24 hrs security guard. Full amenities includes swimming pool, spa, gym, laundry room (washers and dryers) with convenient in-building parking. There are coffee shop and restaurant inside the building.
