Perfect location! Tucked in the trees in the town of Eagle River on a beautiful 1.25 acre lot that borders state land! Only 17 min. to Anc. and 3 min. to down town Eagle River! Large 7 person hot tub, fire pit area, 3,000 sq.ft home, open floor plan, fully stocked kitchen with spices, two washer and dryers, two kitchens, swing set, oversized soaking tub, and foosball table and board games. Accommodates large and small groups (16). peaceful and serene. Only 28 min to airport.

The space
Something for everyone! More than enough space to spread out. Perfect location for viewing the aurora borealis yet only three min. to a grocery store. Plenty of indoor and out door activities which include playing volleyball/badminton and corn-hole, making smores at the fire pit area, bbq grill and large swing set for kids to enjoy. Walking distance to an elm. school playground. The property has been treated to help reduce mosquitoes! This is a two story home. There is also a set of stairs in the bunk bed bedroom that leads to the loft. Perfect for older kids and teens.

*There is an additional listing/home on the property which has no shared walls. If you have a larger group reserve the "Farmhouse retreat" as well! Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions you may have.

Other things to note
The front lawn with the volleyball net is a shared lawn. You have a private hot tub, backyard swing set, fire pit area, two large decks and two smaller patios.

This property is located in the perfect location halfway between downtown Anchorage (20 min) and the Valley (25 minutes). Go South for Anchorage, Seward, Homer, Kenai, or North to the Matanuska Valley, Big Lake, Hatchers Pass, Denali, Fairbanks, etc.

Enjoy local conveniences 4 minutes from the property in the sweet little town of Eagle River including shopping, grocery, nail & hair salons, several great restaurants, etc. Or head 15 minutes further South and enjoy the restaurants, shopping, etc. of downtown Anchorage.

The house itself is located on a beautiful, quiet 1 acre lot surrounded by trees. Truly a perfect location for anyone looking for a comfortable place to return after a full day of exploration and adventuring in our beautiful state!
