No large parties and no loud music after 12AM. Company is fine. No smoking.
It was very clean and in a great location! The only complaint is we couldn't really check in until almost 4pm when the cleaner was done. It kept us waiting around with out suitcases for a while.
Great space, surprisingly large! Brick wall was unexpected but I didn't much mind. Was super helpful in making sure everything went smoothly despite my late arrival. Thanks so much!
Great location that is central to cool bars and restaurants. The apartment is simple but all that we needed. Subway is about 300m away. There are 2 levels of stairs to content with but not a massive issue. Only downside was the weak Internet. Often down in afternoon and night. Note it is above a bar/restaurant so can be a bit noisy at night but didn't worry us.
Pros: The studio is super spacious as far as NYC standards are concerned, and it was very clean and incredibly centrally located. Access was really easy and went smoothly. It's also visually attractive inside, very modern, and a lot of good natural light from the three very large windows. It was spotless when we arrived, and the bed was veyr comfortable.
Cons: As some of the reviews attest to, It can be really noisy pretty much all night because of the restaurants below. Sleeping the first night was very difficult, but picked up some earplugs at CVS, which helped a lot. Also, none of our devices could connect to the internet in the studio; we had to go and sit out in the hall to get reception.
