Very friendly and helpful staff, always with a smile. Cleanness of the room could be improved. Not once in 9 days was the floor vacuumed. Neither sheets changed in 8 nights. Towels changed daily and bathroom clean. Breakfast should be between 9-11, but didn´t come until 9:30-9:45. When it came nice and fresh but we missed fresh fruits, since Marrakech is filled with mandarins e.g. It was a pity that they never lit up the living room area /dining, so that people felt they could feel welcome in there. It was always dark. One evening the staff was nice to lit a fire for us when it was very very cold. That felt so nice and they could have done this every night. Guests should have been there more and maybe order a glass of wine or a coffee, instead of escaping up to the warm room (by heating system) Outside and in the alleys were terrible since they did a construction work right outside of this Riad - it was mud and dirt and hard to walk. Of course this is a temporary thing and we were just unlucky. Overall it is a very nice Riad, but it can be improved in certain areas, especially cleaning of the floor/carpet in the room. We stayed in the room Jade, which was lovely

This was a lovely renovated medina hotel with a good continental Breakfast provided. It is well situated in the medina and was as advertised. The rooms were very clean, large enough and once you figure out how to use the heater (we stayed in Dec) nice and warm. The accommodation includes your room and free access to the shared facilities (e.g., rooftop lounge, courtyard seating, TV room, book room etc.). There is no fridge etc. in the room but the staff allowed us to keep some things in the kitchen fridge (they took it and said to ask when we want something). There is no laundry facility that you can use but they said that if we needed a fwe things washed they could do it for a fee (3 changes of clothes for about 5 euros). You need them to arrange pickup as the place would be difficult to find. The cost of arranged transport to/from the train station was 17.5 Euros each way for all of us. The staff attitude and help was exceptional!!! A++ We asked for them to help arrange an ATV tour and they did it with a good provider. I forgot my cell phone on the bed when we laft and asfter I paid the bill; 2 of them found it, and drove to the train station, convinced the security person to let them in, boarded the train, found us and gave me back my cell phone, no tip or fee accepted. That's the best customers service that I have ever had in any of my travel experiences-THANK YOU! (I am glad my train departed a fwe minutes late). In conclusion, I highly recommend the hotel!
