Very clean, comfortable and most of all a very welcoming host.
Giorgio was very caring even though he seemed very busy working!!!
Very close to tram 3 and 5 which will take you to main areas of tourism.
Very reliable place to stay. Definitely recommended.
Giorgio was a fantastic and welcoming host. The place was exactly as advertised - very centrally clean and quiet. If you are traveling to and from Termini Central Station, Giorgio's place is ideally located for transport in and around the city. I highly recommend it!

Although it was stated there were wifi , in fact there were no internet connection on the 2 days I stayed at Giorgio's place, which was a big inconvenience to me and Giorgio did not seem to worry or be concerned too much, but quite indifferent. Moreover, the flat is not 10 minutes walking distance from Termini but rather 20 '. The first morning I was also woken up by big noise from renovation work coming from next door flat, so the "peaceful flat" was not so peaceful. Apart all this ,the room is comfortable and big; the flat is nicely decorated and vey clean.
The host was helpful. The wifi was broken, however, which was very inconvenient.
