Quaint and cozy studio with a tasteful design flair on the Upper East Side in Manhattan. Only a few blocks from the local/express train at the 86th Street subway station, which is the green line, that easily routes you to midtown and downtown. Also, easy access to tons of cabs. My apartment is easily accessible, so you won't have to worry with climbing stairs to get to my unit. The apartment faces the backside of the building, so it's very quiet and peaceful.
You will be surrounded by everything that you need: bakeries, cafes, bars, food trucks, pharmacies, yoga studios, grocery stores, health clubs, and more. It's a safe neighborhood with a mix of people from young adults to married families. You will be a few blocks from Central Park, The Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Guggenheim, and much more.
The apartment has a kitchen with full size appliances: Gas Stove, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Microwave.
Washer/Dryer in the basement of the building.
The building is quiet and friendly and everyone seems to be very respectful of their neighbors. While I do spend time on the Upper East Side, I frequently head downtown to hangout in other neighborhoods such as NoLita, NoHo, West Village, Lower East Side, East Village, and others. NYC is an eccentric mix diversity & culture, so it's great to get out and explore. After living in NYC seven years, I still take neighborhood field trips and just wander aimlessly to see what I find!
