Beautiful artistic mountain home with ideal location. Situated within easy access of Denver, ski resorts, Red Rocks amphitheater, Boettcher Mansion, and Mount Vernon Country Club. Private setting with gardens, patio and grill with open meadow views.

The space
The Lookout Mountain Guest House has been a private home for 35 years. Originally a summer cabin now updated to provide comfortable living year round. Situated in the Denver foothills with easy access to DIA (45 minutes), downtown Denver (25 minutes), Boulder (45 minutes) , Red Rocks Amphitheater (10 minutes), Golden and the School of Mines (10 minutes). Mount Vernon Country Club borders the private property and is an easy walk to the club house.
This house is perfect for travelers, families, friends, and business professionals who want to experience the Denver foothills/mountains and also enjoy Denver's urban opportunities (restaurants,sport events,museums,festivals).
The four bedroom house features an eclectic art collection. Three of the bedrooms have queen size beds and the forth bedroom has a full bed. The master bedroom has been recently updated and has a spacious full bathroom. Two of the bedrooms share a bath with their own bathroom entry. The third bathroom is located off of the living area and is available for guests staying in the forth (loft) bedroom.
The Lookout Mountain Guest House has all the amenities of interior comforts and the beauty of open mountain landscape and views!

Guest access
You have full access to the home and the large outdoor space and patio area.

Other things to note
Please be respectful of our neighbors. This is the only rental house in the area and we expect our guests to keep to themselves and tread lightly. We do accept pets but with an additional fee.
