I agree with the other reviews--great breakfast! Nice clean place to stay and a good base for couple days if you have a car to explore Inverness and surrounding areas. Also, amazing Indian food around the corner. So glad we stayed here.
Dear Della, We enjoyed our two day stay in centrally situated Rosebank House with you as our friendly hostess. Thanks too for a delicious breakfast. Beauly was beautifully dressed with flowers everywhere and on the lamp posts. It was interesting to find a statue with some South African history - a link between Beauly, the Lovat family and South Africa. Warm Regards, George and Dorette Louw, Cape Town, South Africa.
Della was very kind and nice host. She made us Scottish breakfast every morning. The room was clean and it had all the neccessary things.
Beauly is a lovely, but small place. We were there without a car, so we had to catch public transports. There are Bus lines and a train connecting it to Invernes; it takes 15 mins by train but the trip by bus might be a bit longer, depending on the route (30 mins to 1 hr). It can get complicated in the evening if you are travelling without a car, because the last train to Beauly is at 9:08 pm.
Dalla was a friendly host who cooked us a delicious breakfast. The rooms were clean. The town of Beauly was quiet but an enjoyable place to stay.
