In excellent condition, renovated in 2011, you'll enjoy 2 rooms and 30m2 surface area.
Located on the 6th floor, it is soundproofed . The elevator will take you there without any effort! The double glazed windows also isolate you from the noise and insulate from the cold and the heat.
The advantage of this charming apartment is its brightness. High ceilings are also a great plus.
Finally, if you wish, you can also enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony, which is sunny from lunch time until the evening.
A real bed and a new mattress will ensure you restful nights. The bedroom overlooks the courtyard and the typical rooftops of Paris. No noise will disturb you during the night even with open windows.
Last but not least, the kitchen is separate, crockery is provided, as well as bedsheets, pillows and towels. The internet wi-fi is also available.
Located in vibrant part 11th arrondissement, the immediate vicinity has: newsstands, bakeries, cafes, restaurants, pharmacy, everything you need is there. If you looking for some tranquillity there is a park located just behind the building where you can relax in the fresh air.
"Rue Oberkampf" is only a 5 minutes walk away. You'll find there restaurants, pubs, cafés and nightclubs which are a short walk from the apartment but far enough to not disturb you with noise. The Canal St Martin is just 15 minutes walk away and the Père Lachaise cemetery is 10 minutes.

- Please don’t leave any food in the fridge. Take it with you or leave it in the garbage can once you leave the flat.
