Fully equipped fitted kitchen, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge. Dining table seats 4 to 8 for entertaining. This flat is indeed charming; quiet and perfectly located for the underground, any number of excellent restaurants and arguably West London's best pub - The Cow. Sally is an equally charming host, going out of her way to make our stay as comfortable as possibly. Highly recommended property and host.
Sally's place is exactly like the pictures. Very comfy and stylish in a fantastic location. Close to all amenities and airport links. Great place to base yourself.
Had a delightful time at this flat- very clean, with many amenities in the kitchen. Just a five minute walk to the nearest tube stop; if you're not feeling that however Sally left a number for a private car service we used frequently. There is also a restaurant in the area called The Oak that I would HIGHLY suggest visiting. Would recommend this flat to people wanting to visit London.
I definitely recommend Sally and this adorable flat! Everything is accurately pictured and described. Sally was wonderful with following up on the reservation and instructions upon our arrival. Wifi was already set up and ready to go. My friend and I were visiting from the U.S. and she was very quick to respond to any of my questions and even walked us through how The Tube system worked (London's public transportation) and made recommendations of places to visit. The neighborhood is beautiful and close to many different bus and Tube stops making it convenient to get around. Sally was a fantastic host and I promise you wont' be disappointed when booking with her!
Fantastic apartment, and a lovely host.
I had a wonderful time, and had everything I needed to host a small dinner party one evening.
Would love to come back later in the year!
This apartment and the location is amazing. Both me and my partner have lived in London and know the area pretty well. Sally was on a whole friendly and accomodating however at the end of our stay there was miss communication and requests to come to the apartment leaving us feeling very uncomfortable. Sally told us she was disappointed we hadn't packed when she was in the flat at 11 even though we agreed check out time was 13. We were travelling with our 3 year old whom needed a nap so it was difficult for us to be even more flexible. We are sorry this happened but believe it comes from too many overlapping guests during the christmas and new years period. Would recommend.
We went to London my wife and I, to visit our two children studying there since September. Sally's flat was perfect for us; we loved the decoration, the large bright living room and the terrace. Sally's was very kind asking if we needed anything but we feel at home in London having lived there previously for about 9 years, and in the same area which we like specifically. We hence had a very pleasant Christmas dinner with our children.... A great thank you to Sally for her warm welcome! Carolina & Laurent
Originally Irish, I have lived in London many years - I love London. It's a fantastic city...vibrant or tranquil depending on your mood. I have worked in the fashion business but have now retained as a psychotherapist; I enjoy both. I can't live without my friends, my dog Buckley, Hyde Park, work and play. I used to travel a lot and love Bali, Ibiza, LA, Stockholm and Tokyo. This year I'll be working in Belgium, where I've never been and always wanted to go. Notting Hill is wonderful, it has a lovely village atmosphere. My flat feels good; it's a little haven, bright and comfortable - easy to settle into. I hope you will enjoy the experience - I know I'm biased, but I think you will. I would like you to feel very welcome and hope you enjoy all that London has to offer.
