The space
The Girasoli apartment is located on the second floor with a separate entrance; you will only share the 17 steps and the small terrace with the Manuela apartment. Open the door and down a step in front is the bathroom door with shower, on your left the washing machine and a cabinet . Continue, climb 2 steps and you are on the balcony, on the left go down 2 steps and enter the kitchen , on the right go down 2 steps and enter the room with double bed, wardrobe, dresser , two nightstands and a armchair, small table with chair and 2 windows from which you can see the village and the pool and on the other the garden. The kitchen fully equipped with pots, crockery, dishes, glasses, mugs, moka for coffee, table and chairs, gas stove, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster.
* For tall people: " BE CAREFUL, you could hit your head to enter the kitchen and the room" because the doors are not very high.
- In July at the end of August we rent from Saturday to Saturday minimum 7 nights
- Free Wi-Fi throughout the apartment.
The apartment is part of a farmhouse where there are 2 other apartments:
- Manuela for 4 people on the same floor
- Lovers for 4 people on the ground floor
The three apartments are
ideal for a group of 10 people who want to be together and find themselves on the ground floor, in the common room " IL SHED" furnished with a table, benches and a nice fireplace, where you can have a nice barbecue, maybe with the other guests and eat all together, or meet to converse all together and then each retreat to their apartments.
Guests arriving are received from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm; in order to allow us to welcome you in the best way, please let us know about the approximate arrival time and promptly communicate any delays, not living in the farm, I would be grateful if you send me a message 15 minutes before your arrival
I am usually there at check-out, but if you check out before 8:00 a.m., please lock the door and leave the keys outside.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO REMEMBER
-Check in time: from 4:00 p.m. to 7 p.m. and no later than
- Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. at the latest, to allow us to carry out a thorough cleaning for the guests who will arrive after you. If you leave before 8:00 a.m., please lock the door and leave the keys inserted in the lock on the outside.
-If upon arrival the number of people will be higher than expected at the time of booking, we are sorry but we will not be able to accept the people in access.
Upon arrival I find bedding, bath towel sets per person , blankets, pillows , washing machine detergent, dish soap, liquid hand soap, 2 rolls of toilet paper, during your stay you have to provide what you may need.
-It is mandatory to pay the tourist tax, which is not included in the price of the stay and must be paid in cash upon your arrival or the day before departure. If you check out before eight, the payout must be made the day before
VERY IMPORTANT
=In the cold periods you can use the heating (from November 1 to April 15 Regional Law) the methane for heating costs €15.00 per day.
=You must bring your own pool towels.
