The Trulli del Bosco in the surroundings of Alberobello are an enchanted environment created from woods, stone paths and trulli. A place to feel good, refind oneself, take walks and listen.
The Trulli del Bosco, 1/2 km from Alberobello are a small group of original stone houses surrounded by the "Bosco-Selva", the green heart of Alberobello. On this piece of earth generations of farmer-families have lived for centuries.
Each trullo has an original cupboard bed (bedroom), a living room with a corner for cooking, a bathroom and a shower. The kitchen is composed of a fridge, gas cooker, oven and TV, hair dryer and gas-heater. .
We offer to our guests the use of the swimming pool with shower and deck chairs for sunbathing under an olive tree.
Each trullo has its own independent garden. The surroundings are splendid for long walks. Furthermore the village is nearby the woods "Bosco Selva", which offer beautiful routes for walking or cycling.
We are just 20 min from beautiful beaches of Adriatic sea!
*Moreover if you wish to dine with us, we can prepare various traditional and biological dishes at moderate prices

This is a place where to feel good and to refind yourself. Where you can dip in the pool surrounded by almonds and laurels. Tan in the mediterranean sun on the warm stones. Cool down in the shade of an ancient olive tree. Take long walks over stone pathways or simply experience the silence and majestic landscape in the mediterranean light.
This is an invitation to the voyage to a place where you allow yourself to turn back to earth, skies, trees and silence, escape the modern bustle and refind yourself.
Wow, there is so much that we want to say about staying here!
Firstly, the trullo have been beautifully restored in a style that honours their history yet provides modern comforts. We really felt we were staying in a piece of living history.
The farm is gentle and peaceful and provided a perfect refuge after visiting large towns and before heading off to Roma. We spent a glorious day lounging around the sparkling pool, plus a few days exploring the local district, which is unbelievably picturesque.
We ordered a couple of dinners and we can honestly say that they were the best meals that we've eaten in Italy...and we've enjoyed some amazing food. Oricchietti made by Antonia's mother was sublime, local soft cheeses, fresh fruits, home grown organic vegetables prepared in traditional styles and a delicious, light rosey wine and more. Our meals were delivered to our trullo at the time we requested. Amazing value!
Andrea responded to all our emails promptly and he was very helpful. He was on holidays during our visit and his parents - Guiseppe and Antonia - looked after us.
They were, without doubt, the best hosts that we have ever experienced. Their kindness seemed to have no limits and they seemed to intuitively understand our needs.
This is a very special place and we wholeheartedly reccomend it to fellow travellers.
Trullies were a great discovery and a wonderful experience. The houses are small but very cosy and clean - everything you need is there. The swimming pool is also very nice but the surrounding nature and the serenity of the village is the most amazing factor if you want to spend a quiet week in a unique place. The beautiful Alberobello is minutes away and we went there on bikes offfered by Andrea. The dog, donkeys, cats were as friendly as the hosts - Andrea, Guseppe and nonna Maria who cooks and teaches fantastic meals. Andrea is really a sweet and friendly guy, we enjoyed his presence and services. We would definetely recommend the place to families or groups of friends.
We spent a week in Trulli del Bosco, 11 of us in total, and we simply had the best of time! I have to say first of all that the photos do not do this place any justice! It is even prettier! The setting is peaceful, in the woods, far away from all civilisation yet a five-minute drive from all amenities and the town of Alberobello!
The trulli are comfortable and we cooked quite a few meals in them. I had read somewhere that someone had complained the pool was too small! Not true, it was big enough for me to do my daily swimming lengths, so not sure what people expect!
If you want luxury, do not go, this is not the place for you. However, if you want to stay in the countryside, experiencing Italian life, scenery, sights and food, in a clean, comfortable setting, Trulli del Bosco is perfect.
I had arranged with Andrea for a meal to be cooked for us for our arrival on the Sunday. What a treat! Again, I had read somewhere someone had been unhappy with the quantity of the food provided and the cost. Nonsense! It was delicious, plentiful and superb value for money! We were so impressed, I asked Andrea if they could provide dinner for my husband's birthday, as well as a cake, as it would save us driving into town. They kindly obliged, and we could not have asked for anything more. It was delicious once again, and we could not believe it had been mainly cooked by Andrea's 85-year old Grand-Ma! What a star! For both meals, they accommodated our diet requirements, bringing different dishes for our vegetarian friend, as well as my Mum who does not eat melted cheese! On my husband's birthday, the skies were not kind, but Giuseppe, Andrea's father, organised a table to be set up in one of the trulli! Nothing was too much trouble for this hosting family.
From the beginning, Andrea showed patience and professionalism, as our booking was difficult and I had to change a few things several times! It was never a problem for Andrea, and I am very thankful for his kindness. We met most of his family during our stay, his Mum, his Dad and his Grand-dad; all were kind, hospitable, helpful yet discreet!
I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family, and maybe even return there myself one day. I haste to add, a few people from our group were airline crew, used to staying in luxury hotels, and we truly enjoyed the hospitality of Andrea's family as well as the accommodation and amenities provided!
We have been to many places and are definitely 'fussy' travellers. Our 10 days at Trulli del Bosco were without doubt one of the best holidays we have ever had. The place itself is indeed 'a corner of paradise'. Our little house was perfect - we loved sleeping and making our breakfasts there, sitting inside and outside. The pool was wonderful, and our hosts, Andrea, and his parents, Guiseppe and Antonia, were extraordinarily welcoming, warm and helpful. As for the cooking lesson with Nonna, that we will remember and cherish (and use) for a long time. The nearby woods and surrounding landscape are also breathtaking, and beautiful beaches are within easy reach. We will be back next year....Grazie mille, we are still bathing in the feel of Trulli del Bosco
Andrea is very helpful and caring. Also his father is very likeable and helpful.
The location and surroundings are very pleasant and relaxing. The pool is lovely and we took the bikes to ride around the area.
Our Trulli was fine and airy. Although the shower is very small .
Our friends had a much darker stuffy Trulli so this is a cause for concern. The damp and wetness is we understand from the fact that the Trulli is natural materials but still this is no excuse as when you go on holiday it should feel comfortable and homely. Andrea was supportive and brought a de-humidifier ,and lovely cookies and drinks his grand-mother made.
Merci à Giuseppe et Andrea.
Je ne me souvenais pas que le silence pouvait être de cette qualité.

I hestitate to leave a review as I am tempted to keep this little gem all to myself! If you are looking for a place to totally unwind, this is it. Perfect location, family and atmosphere. You will need a car if you feel the need to travel out for the day. We will definitely be going back. Thank you Andrea and parents for being so welcoming. :)

Buongiorno!
