Note: Our resort is making improvements with new stucco on the exterior. While this is necessary to maintain the beauty of the exterior, stucco work can be noisy at times. The work is being done on the exterior of the building, but it’s unpredictable where it may be. There is no work being done in the pool area. Amenities are not affected. 🚗 Parking & Arrival Process
• Resort Fee: The Shores of Panama requires a one-time $81 fee for your parking pass and resort wristbands. You will receive a link to prepay for these 2 days before your arrival.
• Easy Unloading: Present your QR code to the gate guard to collect your wristbands. Proceed to the 10th floor to your dedicated parking spot (#1012), located near the unit, for a seamless move-in.
• Parking Rules: Please park only in spot 1012 to avoid towing. Additional public parking is available at 9941 Thomas Drive ($12/day).
🏖️ Exclusive Resort Amenities
Your wristbands grant you access to the gated amenities at the Shores of Panama. Please note the seasonal availability:
• Year-Round Access: Fitness center, heated indoor pool, and indoor/outdoor hot tubs.
• Seasonal Perks (Late Feb – Oct): Large outdoor lagoon pool (unheated), live evening music, and the Beach Booth (rentals for Parasailing, Dolphin Tours, and Jet Skis).
• Onsite Dining (Seasonal): The Tiki Bar and Shores Bar & Grill offer tropical drinks and full meals during the peak season. The Coffee Shop (donuts and breakfast sandwiches) is also a seasonal favorite!
⏱️ Pro-Tips for a Smooth Stay
• Elevator Timing: In peak summer (June–July), elevators are busiest between 11 AM – 1 PM and 4 PM – 6 PM. Planning your trips outside these windows will save you time!
•We do not have daily or on-site housekeeping. We supply an initial amount of toilet paper, paper towels, ish soap, ish detergent, and body soap. If you are staying longer than 2 days or use more of these items than normal, you will need to bring or purchase.
• Check-Out: To ensure our cleaning team can prepare the home for our next guests, late check-outs are not permitted. Our cleaners arrive promptly at check-out time. We will send a reminder the day before to help you plan your departure.
