About this listing
This is our home and we live here with our daughter, Laura (1 year old in june 2015). The apartment is basic-equipped for couples with a small child (babycrip 120x60 cm, diaper-change-table and baby-bath).
The building is a nice, peaceful place.
Our home is located on the 4.floor overlooking the city (you can see the city hall from here). There's an elevator in the building so you don't have to bother with the stairs after a day of sightseeing or shopping.
The apartment consists of living room and dinning room in one. The living room has a nice and comfortable lounge sofa, which is suitable enough to sleep (website hidden) (HBO), stereo & WIFI.
Theres a big bedroom with a kingsize bed with a big duvet (please let us know if you wish two single duvets instead).
The extra room/office - which is a baby-room - is suitable for an extra guest and we provide a comfortable mattress on the floor.
The kitchen contains a new stow, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and our beloved espresso-machine (feel free to use it - but please ask for instructions so your coffee turn out great). We can provide a regular coffeemaker (drip coffee) and a french press - please let us know and we'll have it ready for you.
The bathroom has a shower and is typically city-sized (quite small but functioning).
Interaction with Guests
We will be welcoming you, give you a quick tour in the apartment and will be on our way. If you have any questions during your stay please feel free to contact us.
We live on a street where 3-4 hotels are located, which means that the apartment is close to public transport and city center.
The shopping and downtown area is within a 5 min walk and the historic area where H.C.Andersen lived is also within walking distance.
The central train station is 5-10 min walk away.
Other Things to Note
If you bring a car:
Parking is free on public holidays (easter, christmas ext) and from every saturday at 2pm and until monday morning at 9am. During the rest of the week it's free after 6pm-9am.
There's a payment parking area at the end of the street where you can park for 8-10 kr pr hour (accept cash). If you don't need your car during your stay, we can give you directions to a place to park (no charge).
We don't accept smoking, partying or pets. We kindly expect you to treat our home with respect.
The apartment was very clean and cozy. It is well located. Esben explained us carefully everything important in the apartment when we arrived. It was also very easy to contact Line. I would definitely recommand this apartment to a couple and a child (the second room is a little bit small for an adult).
The apartment is bright, spacious, calm and centrally located. Esben showed us the apartment and we had a very enjoyable stay. The description of the apartment is very accurate and we made good use of the recommendations in Line and Esben's guidebook.
Line and Esban were excellent hosts. They really made me feel et home! The appartment is also very clean and well located. You will not be dissapointed.
Lina and Esben's apartment is in a great place and was extremely comfortable. It is so stylish and has a lovely tranquil feeling. It is very light, clean and well equipped. We very much appreciated the dinner recommendation and booking and it was one of the best dinners we have had in Europe. Lina and Esben were very easy to communicate with and we just wish we could have had longer in Odense. Thank you for a great experience!
