Located in the heart of Central Oregon, Nirvana Ranch offers easy access to every imaginable equine activity from rodeos, to dressage events to trail riding on hundreds of miles of the region's amazing and well maintained trails, many with spectacular views of Cascade peaks and the Deschutes River.

Situated on 5.7 pastoral acres with a view of the Three Sisters, Nirvana Ranch is just outside of beautiful Redmond, Oregon and can accommodate 2 guests in its traditional western cabin with front porch, kitchen, full bed and bath. The property is surrounded by beautiful landscape with large trees, seasonal creek and a pond that attracts ducks, geese and deer.

Accommodations for horses are available for an additional charge of $30 per horse per night in the stall and $20 per night per horse for pasture only. There are two 12 X 12 stalls, a turnout pasture and outdoor arena with plenty of parking for trailers. Mannerly dogs are welcome to stay for only $15 per night per dog. At Nirvana Ranch, dogs have access to two large fenced-in yards where they can run, play and even take a dip in the creek.

During the summer months, guests can enjoy fresh produce from the vegetable garden and soak in the sunshine while relaxing in a comfortable chase lounge by the creek.

  • Had a delightful time at the Cowgirl Cabin. The cool fenced yard was a great place to chill with my dog, and Lori was the perfect host - around, but not intrusive at all - friendly and easy going. The cabin has everything you need. Make no mistake - it is a small cabin - so perfect for one person, and a couple would manage fine too. A little quirky and creaky but that is part of the charm. Would stay here again anytime! Highly recommend for travelling with a dog.

  • What a sweet little cabin, nestled in the outskirts of Redmond, OR! Lori was so kind to cool the cabin off after what had been a smokin' hot Central Oregon day. She welcomed us, introduced us to Hunter the Border Collie, and then was off to read at the creek while we got settled in. Given that it was the 4th of July weekend, I emailed ahead to see if there was a grill we could borrow--and Lori was kind to let us use hers for our grilling delight.

The sunsets from the porch deck were stunning--with golden rays backlighting the nearby horses, and to the east a show of so many colors reflecting off of the clouds. So peaceful. Inviting little night lights line the pathway to the back gate. The cabin itself is absolutely darling--a perfect landing pad for two people complete with wi-fi, and a little television (for a quick World Cup fix before the day's adventures). The kitchen, as others have described, was stocked with all of the things one might need for a cozy meal.

Lori is a perfect host, providing good communication and a kind welcome. I would go back in a heartbeat!

  • The cabin is sweet and clean and exactly as expected. It is in a lovely rural central oregon high desert setting. If you walk down the road, you'll see large "creeks" with white water on them, horses around you, and it is quiet and peaceful. Lori is welcoming and yet not too invasive. Its a great place to bring a friendly pet, even if they stay outside. The grounds are gated so animals can't roam. Wish I could live there!

  • Everything was excellent. It's a very pleasant rural property that Lori has been enhancing in many ways. We enjoyed the outdoor table for having a meal, the shady yard, and the very comfortable bed. Short stay this time, but we plan to return.

  • This location was pretty much perfect! Beautiful property and a quaint, cozy home for us to stay in for a few nights. Full kitchen and bath attached to a comfy bed. Lori was friendly and easy to work with. Gave us all the information we needed and was very laid-back, approachable, and didn't mind us leaving our dogs on her property while we ran into town to get a bite to eat. It was a great stay and I hope to return soon.

  • Perfect place for cowboys and especially for cowgirls like me :-) what a nice cabin! It's the perfect spot for having a relaxing time and spending time in nature. Not far to Bend, Redmond and Sisters. I loved the nice town Sisters. Lori is very easy to handle and the perfect host. You can talk to her and it's at the same time no problem to be private! The cabin has all you need and is so lovely decorated, absolutely clean and I liked the cozy bed. I loved to sit at the veranda with Hunter the funny dog and cold beer which was in the fridge! Thank you Lori!

I truly enjoy all of life's adventures, including trail riding, traveling to developing countries, raising veggies and caring for my two lovely horses, Twinkie and Happy. Life is enriched when you're with friends, old and new. I'm looking forward to opening my home, heart and farm to those who share my passion for nature, wine and horses. Hope to see you soon. Lori
