Interaction with Guests
In General I work long hours 8am - 8pm so if your not arriving on a weekend or in the late evening I would leave you a key.
During the stay I'll be happy to show you around the neighborhood and possibly catch a meal or beer together - depending on the interest and chemistry :-)
On the rare occasions that I'm not in Israel when you arrive I'll leave clear instructions how to get in and use the apartment and have a friend who is a neighbor meet you during your stay.
Center of Tel-Aviv:
5 minutes walk from: TLV art museum, TLV Opera, City hall (Rabin Square), Restaurants and cafes, Sourasky (Ichilov) Hospital.
15 minutes from Dizengof Mall,
20 minutes walk from the beach :)
It is very convention to get here.
From the airport take a train to "Tel-Aviv Sovidor Merkaz" which is a 15 minutes walk or 8 minutes bus (number 18) to get here from that station.
There is street parking in the neighborhood (free during the night 7pm - 9am) but it might take up to 20 min to find parking.
Just across from a public bike (and also bus) station.
Other Things to Note
Please notice I have 2 cats that do their business in the yard:-)
Hope to see you here soon :)
After we coordinate your booking I will send you a manual clarifying:
1) What is the exact address on the street where the apartment is
2) How we will transfer the key and when you are planned to arrive and leave
3) How to use the Washer and WiFi password
4) What good restaurants are in the neighborhood
5) How to identify the cats, what window in the bedroom they use to exit and enter and how to feed them :-)
We do not smoke in the apartment - If you must you can do so on the bench under the trees across the boulevard or in winter on the balconies.
Great flat in great location and awesome cat. Above all, Tom was courteous and welcoming. Highly recommended.
Tom was very responsive and friendly. I got a lot of information from him on the subject of where to go, what to see. What about apartment - There is a a large room with a comfortable bed and a huge balcony. There is everything you need for your usual lifestyle.
Great communication with Tom - he sent great instructions to his place along with some good restaurant recommendations. Good location near public transport and not a long walk to beach, near Bars an restaurants. The cats were very cute!
Place could have been a little more tidy/clean but I am a bit of a neat freak.
Great location, and Tom is really a nice and friendly host! Stayed for one weekend only, but everything was organised perfectly, the flat was clean and tidy, and Tom left clear instructions for everything, include useful information about the area. Highly recommended!
Everything very good explained, with pinpoint descriptions. Tom was very helpful with questions or problems. Internet was most time very slow, could not figure out why (wifi and cable).
Two friends and I stayed with Tom for three days. Tom is an amazing host: some of us arrived very late in the evening, but Tom was still up and happy to support us with all the information needed for a day trip to Jerusalem and the Dead Sea. He has always made time for our questions and gladly shared his local knowledge about Tel Aviv and the region. In the morning he even made coffee for us! The rooms (you can divide the room with a sliding door) were very spacious and clean. The beds (which he had already set up for us) were super comfy, we slept like queens. In the bath room and kitchen were good and he made space for groceries or toiletries of his guests, respectively. He even provided us with towels. His friends and cats are super nice, too! In conclusion, staying at Tom's flat was a great! Thank you for your support and patience, Tom!
Tom has simply been the best AirBnb'er I have come across so far, hands down! He provided us with lots of information on the apartment, how to get there, and where to find the best eating / drinking spots in the area even before arriving in Tel Aviv. He was also very quick in replying to our questions and helping us whenever we needed.
The apartment is very nicely located in a central and quiet area, just 5 minutes' walk off Rabin square. The rooms are large and comfortable, and the whole place has a cozy feeling. Also, the beach is just a 15-minute walk away.
Although we did not spend much time together, we very much enjoyed an interesting late-night talk and we hope to meet Tom again in the future.
