I was from the period 1 October to 29. December 2014 at Marias house. It was a really nice time,, and I had from the first moment on, the feeling of being welcome. The house has everything you what you Need. The room was the description accordingly. The neighborhood very friendly, clean and tranquil. Maria is an extraordinary love and helpful Person. Even Mary's house staff, earned my highest respect. I will miss everyone very much. But I'll come back and love always to book by Maria. Cotati is a beautiful place. The Shopping is excellent. You will find everything you need. The bus connection is also very good. I can only repeat myself, Everything was perfect.
Maria many thanks, and happy a new year!
nice greetings Sylvie
This was my first Airbnb experience ever. I was in an intense course from out of town and needed an economically viable solution for accommodations and decided to dive right in and try an Airbnb.
The room was neat and clean and, as listed, was a quiet home so I could read, study, work and sleep. I loved the people Maria allowed to stay in her Airbnb home in Cotati, CA. All the guests were professional and respectful along with being friendly and nice.
All in all, I slept well, felt safe and was in good company. Thank you, Maria!
I stayed at Maria's for two weeks while looking for a permanent location to move into for a new job. Unfortunately, since I was working and apartment hunting everyday, I did not have time to enjoy many of the amenities that this place had to offer. My days were mainly out and then in my room.
However, that being said, Maria's was the perfect place to set up camp temporarily. I know she has some longer term tenants (months) and I can see why. The place is clean, easily accessible, and quiet. Beds were comfy and functionality wise, there was everything you should need. Maria herself was always cheery and optimistic when we talked on the phone, and was a lovely person to engage with. I would have considered staying longer if not for the long, traffic-filled commute to work.
I enjoyed staying at Maria's house in Rohnert Park. It is cleaned regularly and close to public transport. I found it very good value for the price and nice to have a backyard space with fruit trees. Maria always responded promptly to any queries I had.
The stay at Maria´s house was what I had bargained for. I was out most of the day and just came back to sleep and make dinner. The house was clean. The room shows wear and is not in the newest condition, but for the price the accommodations are good. The house was full during my stay and although I never had any bathroom/kitchen issues due to the amount of people, noise was somewhat of an issue during the night. When I left the floorboards on the stairs were getting replaced, so I am sure that will help with some creaks a lot!
All in all it was a good place and Maria was very welcoming and generous, offering me some extra food she had. If you need a place to crash for an affordable price this is a great option!
