Spacious luxury 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom duplex/maisonette apartment in the centre of arguably London's trendiest and liveliest location- Brick Lane / Shoreditch. The Sunday market is right on the doorstep!
The apartment is in Zone 1 only a couple minutes walk from Shoreditch High Street station which makes it perfect for accessing the Olympic Park. About a 10 min walk from Liverpool Street and Aldgate East tube, and 3 min walk from bus stop into West End.
The apartment has been furnished to a high standard throughout with all mod conveniences including: wifi, wired broadband, TV, washer + dryer, full kitchen & state-of-the-art home entertainment system: 50'' plasma tv, sky (satellite), blue-ray etc.
The apartment also has a wrap-around private garden (with BBQ and outside speakers) that can be accessed from 3 sets of french-windows.
The large master bedroom (king bed with TV) has 1 empty closet and an en-suite bathroom.
This is a large sunny queen-sized room with en-suite bathroom. The room has 2 large empty wardrobes. This bedroom is at the front of the building and so on Cheshire Street which means it is subject to the noise from the Sunday morning street market.
The double bedroom is also very bright and tidy bed-room with a double wall-bed, storage and french window into garden. There is a empty wardrobe with plenty of room to store and hang. The bathroom for the double room is not an en-suite but is entered from hall. Our garden backs onto a railway bridge/line- we hardly notice however should disclose! This bedroom has it worst as train-line is other side of garden wall.
The sitting room has two couches however we do not provide bedding etc for them if you want to have more than 6 people stay.
We have a cleaner who comes in once a week.
We will provide clean bedding and towels for 6 guests.

Location is great with the market, restaurants and bars of Spitalfields, Brick Lane and Shoreditch right on our doorstep!
Train / Tube: 3 min walk from Shoreditch High Street station and 10 mins from Liverpool Street, Aldgate East or Bethnal Green.
London City Airport is 15-20 min away by car.
1200 sq foot refers to the internal area of flat.
Please Note that whilst we do not provide breakfast, you are more than welcome to make use of all kitchen facilities and sundries (eg. eggs, milk etc)
We do have a dog, but as we are away he will not be at the property. He is a poodle cross and so does not shed meaning not an issue for those with allergies.
There is no smoking inside, however, there is an outside area with ash-trays. Only two people per room, unless one is an infant. This is our primary residence and so please treat home and neighbours with care and respect- no parties!
If confirmed reservations could please let me know their arrival times at least a day before arrival that would be great, as I may have to leave keys somewhere for you!
Stayed here as a group of six people over new years for four nights. Enjoyed the apartment very much - was perfect for us! Did not meet Tom & Kiki (they were in Australia) but Kiki was always helpful and friendly via mail in advance. Their Information sheet is very helpful. Used their suggested transportation agency and some of their Restaurants suggestions. Meraz cafe was yummie! Kitchen well equiped and bath rooms nice. Noise of the trains did not bother us. Location perfect - loved to stay in the Shoreditch area. Nice was also that we could have two key sets. We would come back!
It is a fabulous place to stay in London! Close to lots of great shops and transportation! Great to have 3 bathrooms to share with family!
The apartment is really amazingI Well situated with a lot of restaurants around. Close from the bus and from the underground.
Tom and Kiki were also very helpful.

We stayed at Tom and Kiki's apartment in July for a week - 3 family units in London for a wedding. We each had our own bathroom and bedroom area, and shared the common living area. There is a backyard (a luxury for a London apartment!) which we enjoyed in the lovely London summer of 2013. If you need to cook, the apartment is set up to do that, although we enjoyed the food venues along Brick Lane. The apartment is very close to Brick Lane and the London overground. The only additional comment is the apartment's proximity to the Liverpool St station line carrying intercity trains. I was incredulous how many trains there were! Depending on your capacity to sleep to the sound of trains, this could be an issue. But overall, a great location and well set up apartment.
We had a great stay in this lovely ground floor apartment in a vibrant neighbourhood. Our three young children all slept soundly in the back bedroom unaffected by train noise. There are three large bathrooms and a cosy open- plan living area. The apartment was very well equipped and supplied with all the basics and more. It is very convenient to plenty of transport options. Highly recommended.
Tom and Kiki's apartment was great and the area was vibrant and buzzing . The Sunday Market was especially good - we had a great weekend . We didn't meet Tom but Kiki was friendly and helpful -a great host and always at the end of a phone if we needed anything .
We enjoyed our 5 night stay at this nice flat which was comfortable and well appointed. Kiki was great and she was very friendly and helpful to ensure we had a wonderful sojourn in London. We will stay there again when we return to London.
