Spacious luxury 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom duplex/maisonette apartment in the centre of arguably London's trendiest and liveliest location- Brick Lane / Shoreditch. The famous Sunday markets are right on the doorstep!
The apartment is in Zone 1 only a couple minutes walk from Shoreditch High Street station and about a 10 min walk from Liverpool Street and Aldgate East tube. Bus stop to West End if a 3 min walk.
The apartment has been furnished to a high standard throughout with all modern conveniences including: high speed wifi & wired broadband, washer + dryer, full kitchen & state-of-the-art home entertainment system: 50'' plasma tv, sky (satellite), Apple TV and Sonos throughout apartment and garden.
The apartment also has a wrap-around private garden (with BBQ and outside speakers) that can be accessed from 3 sets of french-windows.
The large master bedroom (king bed with TV) has 1 empty closet and an en-suite bathroom.
This is a large sunny queen-sized room with en-suite bathroom. The room has 2 large empty wardrobes. This bedroom is at the front of the building and so on Cheshire Street which means it is subject to the noise from the Sunday morning street market.
The double bedroom is also very bright and tidy bed-room with a double wall-bed, storage and french window into garden. There is a empty wardrobe with plenty of room to store and hang. The bathroom for the double room is not an en-suite but is entered from hall. Our garden backs onto a railway bridge/line- we hardly notice however should disclose! This bedroom has it worst as train-line is other side of garden wall.
The sitting room has two couches however we do not provide bedding etc for them if you want to have more than 6 people stay.
We have a cleaner who comes in once a week.
We will provide clean bedding and towels for 6 guests.

Location is great with the market, restaurants and bars of Spitalfields, Brick Lane and Shoreditch right on our doorstep!
Train / Tube: 3 min walk from Shoreditch High Street station and 10 mins from Liverpool Street, Aldgate East or Bethnal Green.
London City Airport is 15-20 min away by car.
1200 sq foot refers to the internal area of flat.
Please Note that whilst we do not provide breakfast, you are more than welcome to make use of all kitchen facilities and sundries (eg. eggs, milk etc)
Interaction with Guests
As much as guests want.
Markets on sunday, the abundance of restaurants, bars and galleries.
There is no smoking inside, however, there is an outside area. Only two people per room, unless one is an infant. This is our primary residence and so please treat home and neighbours with care and respect- no parties please!
If confirmed reservations could please let me know their arrival times at least a day before arrival that would be great, as we may have to leave keys somewhere for you!
The apartment is really fantastic, even that the pictures show us how the house is, in reality is even better. It’s close to transports (the bus #8 is 2 minutes away) and other amenities (restaurants and stores), the possibility to go to the garden and to cook on the barbeque was great.
Next time that I will go to London 1st I will book again this apartment, my two daughters loved the stay, and many thanks for Kiki to be present on the 1st day.
The owner was there with the key to let us in and showed us around the house.
The house was just as we had expected from the photos; terrific! It has been renovated to a very high standard and there was nothing that we needed that wasn't already in the house.
Even though the house backs onto the train line to Liverpool Street Station, one gets used to the noise from the trains and the noise is hardly audible when inside the house with the doors closed. At night there are not many trains at all.
Our 18 month old grandson was particularly taken with the trains.
The house is very comfortable, a home away from home.
The neighbourhood is unique: many vintage clothing stores, Indian restaurants, leather shops, the best beigel shop anywhere, Spitalfield Markets, a new Ottolenghi restaurant, great shops, restaurants, pubs and much much more.
An incredibly buzzy part of the world :)

The place is amazing. The location is perfect. It made our trip that much better to stay in such a wonderful place.
I never met the hosts personally since my friends arrived earlier than I did, and we all left very early. This speaks to their flexibility and willingness to help their guests - it was greatly appreciated.
I would love to stay there again, and I will definitely contact Tom & Kiki for future trips to London.
The apartment was wonderful. Very comfortable, beautifully decorated and perfect for our trip to London. Transportation was easy with a short walk to Bethnal Green giving easy access to the central line for trips to central London. Would definitely stay here again.
Beautiful home, 5 star accommodation! Decorated beautiful with the comfiest bed I've slept in! My family didn't want to leave the house as we were so relaxed! Great location, as it's only 10 minute walking distance from Liverpool Station! Area is beside Brick Lane, so lots of cool, quirky shops! 5 minutes from shops and the manual was really helpful! Will be recommending to anyone looking to stay in London!
It was really nice experience to stay in the house and will come back again.

We are British / Australian couple in late twenties / early thirties.
We used to have a friend as flatmate but she got engaged/married and moved out!
