The apartment is in Zone 1 only a couple minutes walk from Shoreditch High Street station and about a 10 min walk from Liverpool Street and Aldgate East tube. Bus stop to West End if a 3 min walk.
The apartment has been furnished to a high standard throughout with all modern conveniences including: high speed wifi & wired broadband, washer + dryer, full kitchen & state-of-the-art home entertainment system: 50'' plasma tv, sky (satellite), Apple TV and Sonos throughout apartment and garden.
The apartment also has a wrap-around private garden (with BBQ and outside speakers) that can be accessed from 3 sets of french-windows.
The large master bedroom (king bed with TV) has 1 empty closet and an en-suite bathroom.
This is a large sunny queen-sized room with en-suite bathroom. The room has 2 large empty wardrobes. This bedroom is at the front of the building and so on Cheshire Street which means it is subject to the noise from the Sunday morning street market.
The double bedroom is also very bright and tidy bed-room with a double wall-bed, storage and french window into garden. There is a empty wardrobe with plenty of room to store and hang. The bathroom for the double room is not an en-suite but is entered from hall. Our garden backs onto a railway bridge/line- we hardly notice however should disclose! This bedroom has it worst as train-line is other side of garden wall.
The sitting room has two couches however we do not provide bedding etc for them if you want to have more than 6 people stay.
The property is professionally cleaned before/after each stay and arrangements can be made for cleaner to visit property during your stay (for a fee).
We will provide clean bedding and towels for 6 guests.

Location is great with the market, restaurants and bars of Spitalfields, Brick Lane and Shoreditch right on our doorstep!
Train / Tube: 3 min walk from Shoreditch High Street station and 10 mins from Liverpool Street, Aldgate East or Bethnal Green.
London City Airport is 15-20 min away by car.
1200 sq foot refers to the internal area of flat.
Please Note that whilst we do not provide breakfast, you are more than welcome to make use of all kitchen facilities and sundries (eg. eggs, milk etc)

STRICTLY NO PARTIES! If you do decide to throw a party, we are eligible for your entire security deposit and anything else you break. NO SMOKING. Only two people per room, unless one is an infant. This is our primary residence and so please treat home and neighbours with care and respect- no parties please!
We are Residently and our story started in 2008. Our founder, used to share his flat off Brick Lane with a flatmate, but she got engaged/married and moved out; and so he started sharing to bedroom on AirBNB and used the proceeds to pay for medical school!
7 years on and Residently is now a team of professional hosts managing the kind of properties we like to stay in.
