  • We had a great time on the apartment. Thank you very much!

  • We stayed at Martino and Valerio's apartment for a week, dealing with Roberta. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. It is 2 short blocks from the Bologna metro stop so it was easy to get to central Rome, and it is also close to grocery stores and restaurants. Roberta was warm and friendly and answered all our questions. I would recommend this rental to others.

  • I booked Martino and Valerio's appartment at the last minute for friends visiting me in Rome. I was in contact with Roberta, who was very nice. The appartment is very well situated (5 min walk) from p. Bologna metro station, there is everything you need, the flat is big and perfect! If I have more visitors for sure I'll try to book again Martino and Valerio's flat.

  • We had a really pleasant stay in Martino's flat. The photos don't do justice, the apartment is even better than you see in the add. The location is great, close to the city centre (just 3 stops away from the main train station) but avoiding the busy city centre of Rome that can be a bit too pack of tourists. The neighbourhood is quiet and you have a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Our host was really helpful. A great experience!!

  • I rented this apartment in December 13, for the two weeks.
I found it big, warm and quiet. Most i like , it is comfortable new bed. and i could sleep well with open window, because was silence
    around.
5-7 min walk there are supermarket and many cafes around the place, so i could organize my day easily.
thank you for the good accommodation and hospitality.

  • We (family of 4) thoroughly enjoyed our stay int the flat. As others have written, it's very conveniently located, only a few steps away from the Metro stop. There are shops and restaurants in the area, all within easy walking distance.
The flat itself is very nice and spacious, certainly large enough for the four of us (kids slept on the pull-out couch in the living room).
We would highly recommend it and stay there again during our next visit to Rome!

  • We had a great time ein Roma and Roberta was so nice and helpful. Piazza Bologna, where the flat is, is a really good starting point for visiting Roma, because the metro is only 5 minutes walk. We found a sweet little italian market, not far from the flat, there are bars with so friendly staff, a supermarket where you get everything, so the region is great, if you prefer non-touristic areas and want to get a feeling of "normal" italian life. We can really recommand the flat!

  • I could not have asked for a better place to call home during our Roman holiday. The apartment is a short metro ride or a 30-40 minute walk from all of the most famous sights and is located in a nice neighborhood that has lots of restaurants and coffee shops. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit.

  • This apartment is perfectly located. It's only a short subway ride from the central train station (Termini) and a few steps from the Bologna Metro station. It is spacious, clean, and the beds are comfortable. There is everything you may need to cook in the functional kitchen. There is also a washer available for use. Roberta greeted us warmly upon arrival and provided us with useful information regarding the neighbourhood. She was also kind to meet us upon our early morning departure to hand back the keys. The free wifi was also a bonus! This apartment is definitely recommended.

About
Martino: researcher in Biochemistry at Sapienza University of Rome. He likes reading, traveling, running and swimming. He speak Italian, English, French, a little little German,...if you really need a little little Spanish too :-) Valerio: is an Italian teacher to foreigners. He studied Hindi and Bengali at the University of Rome. He likes traveling and speaks English, French, Spanish and who knows what more! Since they are often out of town, our friends Roberta and Angela (and sometimes others) are helping us with taking care of the apartment and the guests. You might be contacted by one of them instead of us... and of course they are nicer than us!
