  • Very nice place. The location was great, easy to get to the metro, and to get around Rome. I would recommend to stay here for anyone visiting Rome.

  • The flat is in a fantastic location in quite a 'local' area, easy links to Metro etc. Roberta looked after us really well.
The place is really nice and Roberta was friendly and helpful. Overall a great experience

  • That was beautiful house. I stayed there with my sister and my mum for about 4 days and I felt convenient as my own home. There was a metro station around this house so I went very easily to touristic places. (Also, next to the metro station, there is a really good gelato house !!!!!) Thank you very much.

  • Our overall experience was good. Roberta, who represents Martino was in touch with us and responded promptly on email and on the phone when we landed at Rome. Roberta is a cheerful lady who looks after the flat and lives close by.

The flat itself is located in a quiet neighbourhood and is very close to all conveniences including the Metro, bus stop and taxi stand. It is also located opposite a military building, which makes it even a safer area to stay in. Bolgna is a nice place to stay in and if you want a fabulous feel of Rome, visit the Montmart Restaurant close by between 7-10 pm for a 10 Euro Buffet with a nice drink thrown in.
The sofa cum bed in the living room is a little creaky, but that does not take away from the overall good vibes that we got in the flat.

  • Great appartment! We were met by Roberta, who was very friendly and helpful, we stayed here for 4 nights with a group of 4 friends and we loved it. The appartment had everything we needed, the kitchen was fully equipped and there was enough room for us and all our luggage. The location was perfect, a 5 minute walk from metro station Bologna, from which you can get to the centre of Rome within 10-15 mins. The neighbourhood was very nice with many little cafes where you can have breakfast, a supermarket at 2 mins walk and a great restaurant (Momart) where we went for apertivo (drinks and buffet for 10 euro)! The appartment was nice and cool despite the hot tempratures outside and enough out of the centre to be quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

  • Martino and Valerio's apartment in Rome was perfect. It's in a very quiet neighborhood just a few blocks from the Bologna Metro stop. Although we didn't meet the owner's, their friend Roberta was extremely friendly and helpful.

If you want a true Roma experience without being in the middle of the crowds, make sure to stay at Martino and Valerio's!

  • Un soggiorno piacevolissimo. La casa è accogliente, ben organizzata, pulita e molto ben collegata. Cucina perfetta e molto ben attrezzata. Da ripetere.

An extremely pleasant stay. The apartment is warm and welcoming, clean and very well connected by transit to anywhere in Rome. The kitchen is very well equipped. An experience to repeat.

About
Martino: researcher in Biochemistry at Sapienza University of Rome. He likes reading, traveling, running and swimming. He speak Italian, English, French, a little little German,...if you really need a little little Spanish too :-) Valerio: is an Italian teacher to foreigners. He studied Hindi and Bengali at the University of Rome. He likes traveling and speaks English, French, Spanish and who knows what more! Since they are often out of town, our friends Roberta and Angela (and sometimes others) are helping us with taking care of the apartment and the guests. You might be contacted by one of them instead of us... and of course they are nicer than us!
