  • I enjoyed dealing in person and on line with Marissa. She was very hospitable and it was clear that she wanted me to have a good experience. The place is exactly as it appears in the pictures and I was very comfortable. It was extremely quiet. The building is well-maintained and very safe. I loved the location and enjoyed how easy it was to get to no matter where In the city I spent the day or evening. It was a very positive experience.

Building is impressive and doormen are helpful. No complaints.

  • We loved the apartment & the location. My daughters & I had plenty of room during our stay. Marissa was super nice!

  • Marissa's apartment was in a fantastic location for us, hands down. The apartment itself was perfect for our needs-- big super comfy master bed, and an oversize couch for our 18-year old daughter who was traveling with us. We got to meet Marissa, who was very accommodating with allowing us to leave our bags with her even before we were supposed to check-in, and leave them later on the other end. The apartment was also plenty warm during our NYC visit, which involved a cold snap.

  • Great location, nice space Marissa got caught out of town but communicated via email so everything worked out fine. Would come back again.

  • Many little details were problematic - lamps didn't work in living room and bedroom, tv was not attached, only netflix available, looks better in pictures than reality. Doormen are nice and helpful, quiet, spacious for NYC. adequate. No info available without calling some one.

  • Marissa's apartment was clean, comfortable, and convenient in the Upper East Side. It was a great size for the 3 of us, and I love how the apartment is configured - it really makes great use of the space, creating extra rooms but still feeling very open. There was some confusion at the beginning (I thought we were supposed to meet her at the apartment but it turned out she left the key at the front desk for us), but all in all, everything worked out well. I'd definitely stay there again (if available) when we visit again.

  • My husband and I stayed in Marissa's UES apartment for his birthday weekend. We found her apartment to be very clean, comfortable, and full of all the amenities we could possibly need. She made us feel right at home in the big city. We would love to stay at Marissa's on our next trip to NY. And highly recommend her place to anyone looking to stay in this beautiful neighborhood.

  • Marissa is a fantastic host! She is very kind and friendly. Anything I needed to know about the reservation she helped me out with straight away. Her apartment is amazing and it is in a great location. It is close to the Central Park, subway station and shops/bars. I would highly recommend staying at Marissa's apartment. You will not regret it!

About
I'm a Yoga teacher and Dietitian. I grew up in New York City. I teach healthy cooking workshops and classes. I travel often, and now have rented my apt many times. I love my apt very very much, it is so quiet and peaceful. Each of my quests loved staying here so much that many have been back and have also sent there relatives and friends.
