I never met Alban but he was quick to reply to every inquiry and always very congenial. His apartment is large, stylish, clean and well-equipped. The bed is comfortable and everything works well. It is a treat to have the use of an elevator when arriving and leaving with a heavy suitcase, or after a long day of flanerie. I strongly recommend this location in a neighborhood that provides visitors with an experience of Paris that is off the tourist-track, but very lively and convenient to buses and metros and velibs for visiting other parts of the city.
Alban was a responsive host and the apartment was as described. Good location close to the metro and had no problem getting anywhere in the city with connections. Neighborhood felt safe/residential and it had a couple boulangeries a few steps away. I was with a friend and the apt was a good amount of space. It was the 4th floor up but a small elevator was available. Apt is very quiet at night and it was updated, comfortable and clean. Note that floors are very creaky; also the shower loses hot water after 10-15 min. Overall a good value.
We had a great time in Paris as we stayed for a short weekend in Albans apartment. Everything went very well and uncomplicated. The flat itself is perfect for a couple, it has everything you need and makes you feel very comfortable.
The area is nice as well, the tube is around the corner, I`d definitely come back again! Thanks to Alban for his spontaneity of accepting our booking!
After spending three weeks in Alban's apartment, I have nothing but positive things to say! The apartment itself is excellent: spacious, comfortable and clean. The apartment's location is also very good. There are many restaurants, shops and bars on the same street and it is also accessible by many different metro stops. As for Alban, he is an exceptional host! He is always reachable by either text, phone or email. One night I realized I had locked myself out of the apartment and he went by to give me spare keys at around midnight. I recommend staying in this apartment 100%. Thanks Alban!
