Villa Ilex - a wooden house with a very special living ambiance. We built the house to be able to live healthy and limited to the essentials in a relaxing location.
Most of the materials are from Germany, some of them even from our Oberlausitzer forests. At the lake you can admire the sunset and really relax away from the noise.

The space
You can expect a clean, high-quality space built with natural materials that will bring you back to the smell of wood as soon as you walk in. In the entrance area you will find a large Bavarian granite plate before the floor of oiled oak wood connects throughout the house.
The living and dining area is equipped with modern, indirect light and a practical solid wood kitchen where you will find everything to cook and enjoy.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and a large mirror. The walls of clay plaster, granite and wood give the room the beautiful breathing surface.
The handmade solid oak table can be used either with the two stools or the extendable bench. The two pull-outs of the bed can be used as a seating area, as a sofa or as additional sleeping options.
Through the large sliding glass door you can let the nature into the house and hear the waves crashing.
Around Lake Berzdorfer See, you can take action either on foot or by bike or by inline skates. The sandy beach but also the old town in Görlitz can be reached on foot or by bus from the nearby stop. In the area you will also find snacks or restaurants to refuel.
