The accommodation is managed by the Get a Key concierge, available 7 days a week (10am-8pm). In the apartment, all of our guests are supplied household linen, amenities for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, soap, toilet paper...) and one big towel per person, along with a hand towel and bath rug.
We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel room service. Every mid stay cleaning, refresh of towels/linen, restock of amenities, or delivery can be scheduled on demand at an extra fee.
On your arrival, a personalized welcome is offered to you by a Get a Key agent, who will give you the keys and answer all your questions.

Please share your check-in time one day before your arrival. In the event of a delay beyond the scheduled check-in time, your greeter will wait for the first 45 minutes only. After that, he will provide you with information on where to find him for key pickup and proceed with a self-check-in. Alternatively, if he is available, he may wait for an additional hour for an extra fee of €20, payable to him in cash.

Please note that this apartment is the primary residence of the owners.
Therefore, they live in the apartment and rent it out when they are away –which allows travelers to stay in a genuine home environment.
Owner are delighted to make their equipment available to you and to make room for you in the cupboards to organize your belongings.
However, thank you for respecting their private affairs and not opening the closed cupboards/indicated as private.
