That was a lovely trip to Wexford! Cathy drove us to her house because of the rain :) the rooms are quite and clean! Wish to go back soon !!
My fiancee and I spent a month at Declan and Kathy's apartment attached to their home while we worked at the hospital. They were wonderful hosts - we went out with them 1 night to the pub and had a lovely conversation. They attended to every need that we had come up very quickly, and any time we messaged them they responded immediately. They provided us with an appropriate level of privacy while still giving recommendations for things to do. The apartment is as described. The only negative aspect was (granted this was in February) the apartment got cold in the evening - the bedroom would warm up in about 45 minutes with the heater on, but the heaters in the living room were not sufficient to warm it. Besides for that everything was fantastic and we both would highly recommend staying with Declan & Kathy.
Stayed here in January 2015 for two nights with my girlfriend and
found the apartment fitted the description and photos perfectly. Both Declan and Kathy were very welcoming and helpful regarding the layout and workings of the apartment. Everything we needed was at hand and found it to be very comfortable and warm with a homely feel. Highly recommended by both of us.
With my boyfriend, we stayed on this apartment 5 days, and that was realy perfect, very cosy, clean and near of the centre. Kathy and Declan are very nice and frendly, so, for all that, I recommend this place.
Thank you Declan and Kathy!

My partner and i spent a lovely holiday in Wexford. Kathy was so nice to pick us up at the bus station and drive us to the apt. Which is a lovely small two room apt with all necessary equipment that one needs. It was great also to get there and receive all the preparations they had for us (fruits, cheese, bread, coffe..).
Thank you Declan and Kathy!
My boyfriend and I stayed at Declan and Kathy's apartment for two nights and it was exactly as described, very cozy central apartment in a residential neighbourhood. Declan showed us around the apartment and explained how everything worked and where everything was even through we didn't arrive till about 9pm. We did have some trouble figuring out the stove top so I would recommend asking for some help with that upon checkin. Declan and Kathy were even nice enough to invite us out to the pub on the Saturday night with them! Not even a ten minute walk to the water and walking distance to everything in the town. Would highly recommend Wicklow moutains/glendalough area for hiking which is about an hour away from wexford if you do have a car. Highly recommend this rental!

My son and I traveled to Wexford in December 2013 and spent a night at Declan and Kathy Cody's beautiful and spacious apartment. It was located very close to downtown Wexford, just a few blocks from the center of town. We were able to walk from the bus station to the apartment. We enjoyed our stay there and found it very comfortable and well-appointed. I would highly recommend the apartment to anyone wishing to visit Wexford, looking to stay close to town. Our host, Kathy, was very welcoming and helpful.
