✹ GENERAL: Guests can enjoy private access to the entire home and a half-acre of private outdoor space. Private entrance and 24-hour check-in available via Nest keypad.
✹ PARKING: Free parking is available for 6 vehicles on the large driveway (do NOT park on the lawn). Additional parking on the street.
✹ WORK FROM HOME: Fast Wi-Fi is available throughout the home (up to 485 Mbps), plus designated workspaces in the primary and third bedrooms. Computer monitors and Smart TV available for docking and/or casting.
✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies including a Pack ‘n Play/travel crib and kids’ tableware. For additional privacy the bedrooms have lock on doors and En suite bathroom in the Master bedroom and another two private bathrooms by bedrooms.
✹ PETS: We welcome furry family members on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out with your request and note that an extra $100 fee applies. It’s important to let me know about your pet as the lawn is treated regularly and I will need to schedule lawn maintenance to accommodate your furry friend safely. Guests are responsible for all pet waste on property (e.g. picking up after your dog, etc.), failure will result in additional fee $25/incident.

Other things to note
✹ Easy self-check-in is available via the smart lock on the front door.
✹ We offer flexible check-in & check-out based on availability.
✹ Our home comfortably sleeps 8-10 guests. We can accommodate larger groups of up to 12 people with the queen-sized sofa bed in the living room.
✹ We allow events on a case-by-case basis and will charge a nominal $300-$500 fee. If you are hosting a birthday, graduation, etc, please enquire so we can assist with arrangements (e.g. tables, tents, etc.). We strictly prohibit open-invite parties and events.
✹ A KitchenAid gas grill and gas patio heater are available for your use. Please note that we do not supply propane. The tank may or may not have propane in it from prior guests, so we respectfully suggest you get a tank refill upon your arrival if you’d like to make use of these amenities. Under NO circumstances should the patio heater burner have any objects within 3 feet – the wind may cause an accidental fire.
✹ We provide a starter kit for a stress-free beginning to your stay. It includes 2x paper towels, 2x toilet paper per bathroom, a garbage bag per garbage can, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, cotton rounds/swabs, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, and dryer sheets. You may need to purchase additional supplies for longer stays.
✹ Trash and recycling are collected between 7AM and 8AM on Tuesdays. If you are staying through Tuesday, please roll the trash/recycling cans out front by the mailbox on Monday night, ready for collection.
