Private room ideal for 1-2 travelers in beautiful designer loft in Greenpoint. The room is very spacious, clean and private with a window to the street and air conditioning provided. There is also a ladder to a lofted area, but the bed is on the floor level. No climbing required ;)
Great Greenpoint neighborhood! Safe, calm, friendly, great restaurants and boutiques and views of Manhattan.
Loft has lots of luxurious amenities--modern kitchen, full bath with clawfoot tub, washer dryer, wireless, huge common area, huge dining table.
Bed is a comfortable bed for 1 or 2 people.
I have a toy poodle living here now and also a Mexican Black King Snake--a very harmless, non venomous pet snake who stays in his tank. Hopefully you will like to meet them!
If you inquire, please write and tell us a little bit about yourself and what your plans are while you are in New York.
If you do not see your exact dates available, please inquire! I have several very similar rooms and might be able to help you find a great place.
Also, please note check in and check out times. I prefer to keep all check ins between 3 p.m. and 10 p.m. If you plan to arrive before or after this time, be sure to discuss this with me before making the reservation. Check out must be by noon of the day of departure, though usually it is no problem to arrange to store bags outside the room for a few hours.
Since I have been asked before: I am most definitely LGBTQ friendly!

I really enjoyed my stay with Aryn and co! The flat was very trendy but welcoming and the loft was perfect and exactly as pictured- loads of space for New York. The neighborhood is gorgeous with lots of little boutique coffee shops and restaurants, and is very near the station, so just a quick hop to Manhattan if desired. Aryn was a wonderful hostess, very helpful and always happy to chat and share tips and insights on best things to do or see. I really enjoyed my time and would not hesitate to stay there again in the future.
I was really pleasantly surprised to find the loft better than expected! The room itself is quite pleasant, in large part due to the extremely high ceilings and chic decor. I cook a lot and found that the kitchen is an excellent space to work in. I used to live in the neighborhood, which was the initial draw to the neighborhood, so I can speak highly of the safety and of the local cafes, restaurants and resources. I would definitely recommend this listing for friends coming to Brooklyn. Aryn is also very quick to respond and very easy to work with.
My sister and I stayed at Aryn's loft during 24 days. We were very comfortable, and everything was great. We were here during the hurricaine, and we had power and wifi during the all time :)
The loft is located near the subway (G, and even the 7 line through a bus).
The appartment is clean and has a stowe and refridgerator if you want to prepare food at home (no microwave owen though).
I would definitely recommend this spot and hope to use it again in the future!
Aryn was really nice and at the same time really professional. I had a great time in the apartment and would love to come back on another occasion. The apartment is clean and super well maintained. The place is in a really nice area.
