Gourmet kitchen with 6 burner Zline gas stove, convection oven, built in fridge/freezer drawers and an Insta Hot water faucet for tea lovers. Nesspresso and vertuo cups are also provided! The kitchen is stocked with everything you need and more!

Being on a hill does have the 30 stair steps heading up to the house. The property is located in front of a main two lane road, and crossing the road is mandatory to access the private beach.
