Located in the Pilsen neighborhood, at the Heart of Chicago, a thriving artists' scene. One block from Museum, Art Galleries, CTA Pink Line and bus lines to take you anywhere in the city.
My favorite element is the forested view of large trees in the back yard which create a feeling of being in a tree house or camp lodge in the heart of the city.
Plus, I throw in a complementary meal each day to make sure you feel nourished and comfortable.
1 small bedroom with leather convertible sofa bed.
Queen size futon in the living room.
"French size" refrigerator, and antique gas stove heater.
Full Kitchen with stove and refrigerator.
Counter top dining with stools. I run an independent apothecary business, and LOVE to cook, so the kitchen may appear a bit like a wizard's lab.

Aaron was very nice and helpful. He gave us a warm welcome and came by as soon as we needed him if necessary.
The apartment was as depicted in the website and exactly as in the pictures : a great warm place.
We really enjoyed our stay there and we loved Chicago !!
Regarding the city, I strongly recommend to go the Field Museum if you like history and wanna know more about the strong past of Chicago, and also the Lincoln Park Zoo which is huge and FREE !
This was my first airbnb experience, and a very positive one! The apartment is clean and comfortable, and Pilsen is a great neighbourhood to explore, with friendly people and great food. The el station is right around the corner, so transportation to downtown and to the airport was very easy. Aaron was full of helpful suggestions about local Mexican food, which was a highlight of the trip for us. Also, be sure to check out the National Museum of Mexican Art, which is less than two blocks away, and well worth seeing.
Staying at Aaron's place was a pleasure. He wasn't around, so we didn't actually get to meet him, but he made arrangements with friends to get us settled in and kept in touch in case we needed anything. The apartment was fantastic! Cosy, very clean, and located in a convenient and interesting part of the city. Everyone in the neighbourhood was very friendly and the food was great. Nitecap Coffee, a block away, was a great place to get our days started.
Great stay at Aaron's place. Spacious, well stocked apartment. Close to metro and easy access to downtown. Loved watching Netflix on the projector!
We had a great stay at Aaron's lovely apartment in Pilsen. The apartment is spacious and has a lovely kitchen and bathroom as well as two sleeping spaces - one double bed and one futon. The apartment is well located in a quiet side street in the Pilsen area of Chicago and is only a couple of blocks away from the 18th street El station. Aaron wasn't around during our visit and we got in quite late but his friend was around to let us in. All in all, we had a lovely stay and a great time in Chicago!
