  • Wonderful accommodations! My boyfriend and I really enjoyed this spacious, clean, and beautiful space while we stayed in SMA. Super central, the apartment is situated around the best shopping areas, restaurants, and bars. A block away from the MAIN attraction and the BEST views of the gorgeous church! Wake up with the morning bells well rested and excited to explore this magical city. Thanks Patricia & Shane!!! We will definitely be back :)

  • Patricia is a kind and knowledgeable host. The apartment is centrally located with great views of the city. Make sure you coordinate in advance your time of arrival so that she can prepare the unit without any delays. Also, ask Patricia about health and wellness centers, good restaurants, etc. She is a great source for exploring SMDA as a local.

  • This was our first trip to San Miguel and the town and the apartment totally exceeded our best expectations. San Miguel is a wonderfully laid-back and beautiful place, the apartment was spacious and very comfortable, the roof garden has a spectacular view and Patricia is a very gracious and helpful hostess. We WILL be back!!

  • The apartment is lovely and full of original art work but also very comfortable and cosy.
When we arrived there were a big bouquet of flowers and a bowl of fruit to welcome us.
We also very much enjoyed the rooftop terrace with its terrific views.
The location of the apartment next to the Jardin could not be more convenient.
Patricia the landlady is very helpful.

  • Fabulous home, our stay couldn't have been better. Highly recommend staying here - great location and lovely home with spectacular views from roof terrace (the photos don't begin to do it justice). Patricia was a great host, check in and check out went v smooth and she had water and fruit for us waiting in the house. Had a really great time thanks a lot again!

  • Lovely apartment in a perfect location. It was clean and very comfortable. My husband is 6'4" tall and the bed fit him better than most. Patricia was a wonderful hostess and available whenever we needed her.

We are considering a longer trip to San Miguel in the future and certainly hope that this apartment will be available for our next visit.

My only comment is about the church bells - they literally ring every 15 minutes. Saying this, I enjoy the bells. After a few days I found myself relying on them to keep time.

  • This location is about as close to the center of San Miguel as one could want.

  • We couldn't have been more pleased with our accommodations. The location was steps from the Jarden, yet the street noise was minimal. Patricia accommodated our early morning arrival and was very responsive to our needs as we settled in. The bedroom/sitting area was spacious and the kingsize bed was comfortable. There was a lot of light and  original art work in every room. We enjoyed the rooftop terrace with great views of the city.  As we are writing this, we are considering going back to San Miguel and we will definitely stay there again.

  • Location couldn't be better! We stayed a week at Patricia Gonzalez's quaint apartment right in the heart of SMdA. We just absolutely loved it there and wished we could have stayed longer. It is interestingly situated above a little bagel shop (in the mornings) and afternoon becomes a tea room. The apartment has a goodly supplied kitchen and a wonderfully comfortable king size bed. We ate in every morning and couldn't get enough of the wonderful fresh fruit in June in Mexico. What we loved best was going up the stairs to the rooftop patio where we relaxed daily in between shopping and site seeing. Absolutely wonderful views of several churches. At night we left the patio door open - perfectly safe - and enjoyed listening to the church bells and thunderstorms. We found the fireworks (apparently set off to call your attention to God on certain occasions) loud, but part of the culture and acceptable. We would definitely go back. Oh - eating at the restaurant El Pegaso, right up the street is a definite must!
