Our property is centrally-located; in U-Med District! It's the perfect crash pad after touristing all over Alaska. It's also very convenient for travellers who needs to be nearby Providence Hospital, ANMC, UAA for work and appointments. Private backyard ? Oh yes.

One house #4114 is our Airbnb rental where you have the entire house, full access.

We live in the other house, #4115, just me, my husband Ogie, and my 2 year old kid, Gio. We would be glad to help with anything as much as we can.

Rental property has its own private backyard, free private parking which can also fit 2 cars, and fast wifi accessible only after check-in. Our home includes a fireplace, but I am not allowing its use; it is strictly for decorative purposes only.

Laundry: for guest use only. Located off the main arctic entry. Fully available for the duration of your stay. Completely free with detergent provided. Please read through the House Rules regarding quiet hours.

Neighborhood highlights

Neighborhood is safe and very quiet. Location is prime as it is only 5-10 minutes away from Providence, University of Alaska, Alaska Regional Hospital, Southcentral Foundation, and ANMC. You can see Providence from our backyard! Perfect location for medical appointments, work, students/athletes, and travellers. Streets are well maintained. Main road on Tudor does get pretty busy specially during lunch hour and after 4pm so just gotta be extra careful driving/walking. The house is located behind the Providence hospital, and a block away from providence assisted living facility. There is a park located in front of the facility where the elderly likes to hangout to take time outside for a walk. UMED is one of the safest areas in Anchorage. Hospitals, police station and fire department are all in the vicinity. Location is right in the middle of the city which makes commute very easy. Walking distance to local restaurants and shops; also close by are popular chains such as McDonald's, Wendy's, Subway, Starbucks, Holiday station, Taco Bell, Uncle Joe's, and L&L Hawaiian; there's too many to mention. While we love our neighborhoods location, history, and culture, we know it’s not the best fit for a leisurely stroll for everyone. We also made sure that our property is safe for children and elderlies. It is ranch style house, so no need to worry about stairs.
