All appliances from coffee maker to crock pot can be found here! You'll also find a laundry room with a washer/dryer! No late night runs to the laundry for you!
Complex has heated two pools, one heated and open in the winter. Two hot tubs - open year round! Minutes from free transit route. But, you can walk to the Canyons resort if you choose!
In summer, enjoy free concerts at the Canyons, Farmers Market, and all of the hiking and biking PC has to offer.

Other Things to Note
This agreement shall commence on “Check-in Date” and terminate on “Check-out Date” as specified in Renter’s Airbnb reservation.
The rate for your stay is as specified in Renter’s Airbnb reservation.
The maximum number of guests allowed under this agreement is eight guests.
Check in/Check out
• Check-in time is after 4 PM unless special arrangements have been made ahead of time and confirmed by the Management.
• Check-out time is before 10 AM unless special arrangements have been made ahead of time and confirmed by the Management.
The Airbnb “Strict” cancellation policy that was specified in Renter’s Airbnb reservation is the cancellation policy.
No cleaning or maid service is provided during the term of this rental agreement. The property shall be professionally cleaned prior to Renter’s arrival. Extra sheets and towels are provided in the unit. There is also a washer and dryer in the condo for Renter’s use.
There is garage parking for vehicles outside in a public lot, in front of the condo. Management is not responsible for Renter’s vehicle, for any reason, including vandalism, damage, or theft.
There is NO telephone hard line provided in the rental, however there is complimentary WIFI service (Wireless Internet).
Vacating the Premises
Renter shall deliver possession of rental in good order and repair to Management upon termination or expiration of this agreement. The key and garage door opener shall be returned upon departure.
Management is committed to providing its guests with a smoke-free environment. There is no smoking permitted anywhere within the premises including balcony.
Renter may not sublet residence or assign this rental agreement without written consent of Management.
Fire and Casualty
If residence becomes uninhabitable by reason of fire, explosion, or by other casualty, Management may, at its option, terminate rental agreement or repair damages.
Right of Access
Management shall have the right of access to rental for repair and maintenance during reasonable hours. In the event of an emergency, Management may enter at any time to protect life and prevent damage to the rental.
Rental shall be used so as to comply with state, county, and municipal laws and ordinances. Renter shall not use rental or permit it to be used for any disorderly or unlawful purpose or in any manner so as to interfere with any neighboring resident’s quiet enjoyment of their residence. Any misuse described above shall result in termination of Rental Agreement and no refund of any payments will be issued.
Management shall not be liable for damage to, or loss of, renter’s own property of any type, for any reason or cause whatsoever.
Animals, birds or pets of any kind shall not be permitted inside the rental unit at any time.
Renter releases Management from liability for and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Management against losses incurred by Management as a result of (a) Renter’s failure to fulfill any condition of this agreement; (b) any damage or injury happening in or about rental or premises to renter’s invitees or licensees or such person’s property; (c) Renter’s failure to comply with any requirements imposed by any governmental authority; and (d) any judgment, lien, or other encumbrance filed against renter as a result of renter’s action. Renter agrees to indemnify and hold Management harmless from any and all damages caused by renter’s negligence or fault, including all costs and attorney fees.
This agreement and any attached addendum constitute the entire agreement between the parties and no oral statements shall be binding. It is the intention of the parties herein that if any part of this rental agreement is invalid, for any reason, such invalidity shall not void the remainder of the rental agreement.
Failure of Management to Act
Failure of Management to insist upon compliance with the terms of this agreement shall not constitute a waiver of any violation of this agreement.
Payment stipulates the Renter has read the agreement and agrees to its terms.
Must take trash out upon exit, shut off all lights, lock door. If possible, place dishes in dishwasher and run it. Condo must not be "trashed" or additional fee is charged. Absolutely no smoking. Absolutely no pets. Check in at 4pm.
We loved staying here because it was soooo convenient to Canyons Resort. Would be a great place for a group of couples to stay as the gondola that takes you to canyons is only a 5-10 minute walk. The bus system is really close as well! The place was very cosy with the fire and had nice beds and all kitchen needs. We would definitely stay here again!! Deb was also really nice and helpful and communicated well with us on how she could help. All of the instructions were very easy and we really loved the place! It was decorated like a typical ski lodge which we liked! Best part about it was the location because we went over Christmas and the hotel prices were just outrageous. We were able to fit a sizable group here at a fraction of the cost.
Deb was a great host. Leading up to the trip, she was very responsive to all of our inquiries and was very thoughtful. When Airbnb almost cancelled my reservation by accident, she reached out to me to double check that it was a mistake. Glad she did!
The condo has a great amibance and felt very homey. It had everything we needed. We'd definitely like to stay here again.
Perfect location for skiing at the Canyons. Easy walk to Cabriolet for access to slopes. Close to bus stop for trips into town. And right next to pool! Plenty of space for family of 6. Well stocked condo with plenty of towels, dishes, pots and pans, basic spices, soap, shampoo. Small washer/ dryer combo. Would rent again!

I am an energetic educator and property manager who is also an award winning and recognized (licensed) freelance photographer in Park City. I don't believe in being stagnant! In my spare time, I play a beautiful Taylor guitar.

What do I pack when I travel? My Nikon photo gear, a guitar, and things my boys may forget (even though they pack their own suitcase!) I'm a light packer because I like to purchase items while on vacation. I prefer to get up early and get up and go. An ideal day for me is photographing the sunrise, returning to go for a run, and then waking up my family to have them experience a new place with me.
I can live without TV (I rarely watch it), and sunburn. I don't cook, but have a well-used microwave. I enjoy going to the gym, and spinning.
