Perfect stay at Bruges at Jacqueline house
The sweetest person you will ever meet. We enjoyed our time in Bruges SO much! Thank you for having us. The location is walking distance about 10 minutes to the town down the most adorable cobble stone streets. Bruges would not be the same if we didn't stay at this BNB!
My boyfriend and I had a lovely stay with Jacqueline. If you're arriving from the train station, make sure to take the beautiful walk along the bordering canal. The place is spotless and you can tell she puts a lot of care into her lovely home. We really enjoyed the breakfast the next day - there were many breads, jams and spreads to choose from.
Our stayed in this b&b was good. We only slept one night, we arrived after noon and left our luggage without a problem. Jennifer was very kind with us, she explained us everything about the room and the bathroom.
The breakfast was amazing, we had coffee, yogurt, white and brown bread, some types of cheese and ham too.
We'd definitely book again in this b&b.
Jacqueline was a lovely host. She welcomed us with a big smile even though it was rather late when we arrived. The room was spacious and functional, and breakfast was great. Jacqueline very much leaves you to your own devices, which suited us well. Would stay again in the future.
Me and my boyfriend stayed at Ad Libitum for four nights and it was perfect! Jacqueline was a perfect host who gave us a warm welcome and was very helpful whenever we needed to ask her something. She let us leave our bags during the daytime on our last day when we had checked out so we didn't have to drag them around Bruges which was a great help. The bedroom was clean and the bed was huge and very comfortable. Breakfast was perfect to start of the day and the shower was fantastic, not a rubbish one like you normally get on holiday. Ad Libitum is in a great location, we got the bus from the train station and the bus driver was very helpful and told us where to get off. It is located about 10mins walk away or 5mins bike ride away from the main square. I would recommend anyone staying here, I will definitely be recommending it to my friends and family.
This was a very comfortable and clean place to stay and only a ten minute walk from the centre. We were given a key so there was no pressure on coming back at a certain time.
Jacqueline was very welcoming when we first arrived, but became very aggressive when we came back to shower at 4pm one day before heading out to dinner - I think there there is a rule she forgot to explain to us - maybe ask when you arrive!!
That strange episode aside, I would highly recommend it.
Great stay at Jacqueline's place. Definitely recommend!
the room is large and fairly well .the house is located near the center and the breakfast is very complete.
Jacqueline is a very kind and caring person
just had a little cold in the room that did not work the heating
advisable to stay in brugges
Great stay at this place. Jacqueline was a very nice host and helped us a lot with getting a taxi and parking a rental car. Great breakfast, very comfortable bed, and good location to the center of Bruges. Only one negative point - no wi-fi. It was pretty tough to find places that offered internet connections in Bruges. So if you need to stay connected pretty constantly, this might not be the place for you. Otherwise, very nice host and a beautiful home. Thanks Jacqueline!
