In a small and cute 19th century building, on the 4th and last floor (no elevator). Lovely view on the quiet courtyard of the building, and over the rooftops: typically Parisian.
Entrance is in the kitchen, (6 sq yds) with all the appliances needed: glass ceramic cooktop 4 burners, refrigerator, traditional oven, micro-wave, coffee maker, cutlery and crockery... It's very bright, thanks to the skylight. It's apart from the living room (no cooking smells, yay!)
In the living room, a sofa bed (double bed) and a very comfy futon (small double) in a separate alcove. TV (32") for a movie night if it's raining or to rest after a trekking day in Paris ;). Wireless Internet, and a Wii.
Something you should know: the bathroom is not in the apartment per say, it's the door across the hall. But I'm the only owner, I have a key and I'm the only one using it. I have just one neighbor who has her own bathroom and I never see her.
I just remade entirely the bathroom last summer, it's completely new, you'll love it!
You'll have access to the whole apartment, and all the amenities.
The apartment is very quiet, bright and welcoming. I live there and I moved here 2 years ago, after I redone it completely.
I'm a non smoker and the smell of cold cigarette annoys me, so the place is for non-smokers only.
Do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions!
The neighborhood is quiet and residential and there are many typical Parisian restaurants just around the corner. It's very convenient to go all around Paris from here!
There are two metro stations nearby: Volontaire (line 12) and Pasteur (line 6 and 12). It is twenty minute by walk from Montparnasse. It takes 15 minutes to go to the Eiffel tower, 20 minutes to the Champs-Elysées and the Arc de Triomphe, 25 minutes to Pigalle and the Moulin Rouge and Montmartre. If you're going to a concert, the Bercy venue is 30 minutes away.
Many buses nearby as well : the 39 and 62, the 70, 88 and the 89, the 95 and two nightbuses : N12 and N13.

I stayed in Paris for 4 days with my boyfriend, and we really enjoyed our stay at Paul-Henri's flat. The studio was cosy, it had a well equipped citchen and it never got too cold despite the chilly temperatures of Paris in December. The location was perfect for us, as the appartement was only a couple metro stations away from Gare Montparnasse, where we headed early in the morning of our departure.
Paul-Henri gave us great instructions on how to get to the flat from airport and where to find food stores and bakerys in the neighbourhood.
This is the first time we used Airbnb on our trip and we were really satisfied!
My stay in Paul-Henri's apartment was really agreeable!!
This one located in a very calm neighborhood but with many trades it surrounds.
The apartment is equipped with everything necessary to spend a season there.
Paul-Henri is a host of 10!! Much worries in order that your stay there is perfect!!
Thank you for everything and graces for being so attentive!! If we return to Paris, undoubtedly we will return to go to your apartment :)
Paul is a great host with very interesting flat. Flat is very well equipped, on a good location and calm neighborhood. We had no issues and had a very pleasant stay in flat. All the best Paul! :)
Paul was very nice and waited for our arrival even if it was very late (around 1:00 am)! His place is cozy, well located in Paris, near 2 metro stations, and had everything one might need. He also gave us towels and bed sheets. Overall a great experience!
A real home! The place where to spend your time in Paris. Real parisienne mood. Wonderful collection of comics and style and photography books. We surely have to get back to enjoy some of these books :-) Nice kitchen and nice tv too! We didn't play with the wii. Next time.
We enjoyed our stay in Paul-Henri's flat. It is clean and very well located cozy studio (15 mins walk from the Eiffel Tower). There are 2 supermarkets nearby (Carrefour and Marché Franprix), several good restaurants which Paul-Henri kindly advised.
Paul-Henri was a great host. He was very kind and answered all our questions. Thank you Paul-Henri!
We stayed at Paul-Henri's apartment for one week. It is really nice, very tastefully furnished and with all of the things you’ll need for a pleasant stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, fridge and even a microwave. The bed is comfortable and most importantly, you don’t hear any noise from the streets, because the flat is facing the inner courtyard. Apartment is very close to the metro station, grocery store, bakeries, post office... So you’ll have everything at hand.
Paul-Henri was a great host, he was very helpful and nice. If we come to Paris again, we’ll most definitely stay at his apartment again. Thank you Paul-Henri!
Beautiful flat in a great building with a courtyard. Very peaceful and inviting and there are lots of nice bars/shops/restos in the area. Paul Henri was a fantastic host, made us feel very welcome and I would definitely stay here again!
Such a nice trip in paris. Paul was kind and gentle, and room was very clean and cozy, beautiful. Wifi and tv was perfect, even it's so warm in winter. I will never forget Paul and his studio. I hope someday go back to paris and stay his studio again.
Thank you for all ! :)
This is the final rate, including any fees from the host and Airbnb.
