As you can see from the photos, my apartment is modern and comfortably designed. The center piece is all the magnets covering the fridge, of which I collected from my travels over the years. I also have a huge collection of books sitting in the living room, and you're most welcome to read any of them.
The apartment is located in the city center. You'll be in walking distance to two subway stations: Xizhimen and Dongwuyuan and also the Beijing North Railway Station. In the area, you'll find the Beijing Zoo and Aquarium (which house Giant Pandas, South China Tiger, Golden Snub-nosed Monkey, Dolphins and Sea Lions etc.), the Beijing Exhibition Center, as well as many good restaurants.
You'll find all the amenities that you'd need in the apartment. There is free wireless internet, Cable TV, Air conditioning, Shower with hot water, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Your room will have a comfortable queen-sized bed, a wardrobe, and a large window :)
Please respect the house rules:
- Respect the host's schedule
- Keep the house clean
- Do not lean against the wall
- Evening shower only
- Ask for things you are not sure
- Keep quiet during the night
Let's keep the house as clean as it is for other coming guests
Bo was responsive and cordial. His place was neat and pleasant and highly cost-effective. I traveled from California to Beijing and needed a place for two separate, not consecutive, (website hidden) kindly worked with my last-minute trip and answered many questions.
Two alerts: (1) some neighbors made loud (construction/demolition type of) noise in one night, and (2) check-in time was difficulat for me to achieve because of travel dynamics and local transportation required... and thus got locked out on a weekday.
